It's USA's time to see who will win, Gifts or Houses!
A long time ago I saw an article of dSorKe about wellness and how much does it cost. Since due to the new hospital rule everybody is concerned about it, I decided to do it again.
I used the current prices in USA's market. I also use the global market prices of houses. I didn't use the black market prices simply because there are too many scammers around and since 3/25, contracts aren't supported by the admin team.
All the prices are in GOLD.

So I calculated how much keeping your wellness to 100 every day costs for 30, 60, 100 and 365 days.
The green cells are the cheaper.

It's more than clear that the best way to keep your wellness up is by using Gifts. Houses seem to be more expensive than they should.
I hope this article will help you in your e-life to be more efficient and spent less.
Due to the fact that this is an unstable condition for the global economy I will publish this article every week with the new prices so everyone will be able to keep his wellness to 100 without spending more than he should. Once again, be careful on what company you choose to work, you might see that your wage is less than it should.

Very nice... a similar analysis using black market prices (such as those appearing widely in recent ads) would be interesting as well. Although your point about contracts no being supported is of course true, many black market transactions still take place.

There is a huge exception. Using all 10 gifts every day will allow you to fight one extra time at full 100 Wellness. In this case, you must use only food and house to recover wellness.
Very useful! I still don't regret getting a Q5 House but it is definitely food for thought and may in the long run reduce the price of Houses to something more reasonable.
