A bit of news here. BlogTalkRadio has decided to put the final nail in the coffin on what was once a really wonderful platform. For several years they have put time restrictions on free accounts, but for the purposes of my podcast I did not need more than that. Recently, they have decided to place severe storage limits on podcasts unless you pay for one of their overpriced packages. If anything, the numbers for my shows have been up quite a bit lately, so they should pay me more! But I digress.... I do not know when the next episode will be, or where it will be hosted. This show was planned ahead of time for the day after I received this news. There are sound quality issues because of how I recorded it(I'm too loud, and he's too low), but I enhanced it as much as I could, so crank your volume up and listen carefully.

Garrey Carruthers most prominently served as the 27th Governor of New Mexico and Chancellor of New Mexico State University. This is the first time we have had a western governor on the show, so we explore some issues we have not with past governors that I have interviewed before. He is also an economist by profession, so unlike a lot of politicians he actually is qualified when he talks about related issues. Imagine that!
