What we're about: We believe the strength of the US is the people: you. We want to make sure our citizens are ranked as high as they can reach, as quickly as they can get there, and understand the basics of how to fight and manage their wellness. That's how you contribute to the success of the US, and that's what we are all about.

Here's how we do it:

Each militiaman gets half of all the weapons he or she produces, and $2 a day to buy food. That works out to be a much better deal than you get from working and buying weapons on your own. We take care of the iron, and our company managers are experienced and on the ball -- no more "You are unable to work because the company does not have raw materials/ money" messages. You log in and you will be able to work, every time.

What we are looking for: People with manufacturing skill, who have a good attitude, want to rank up
quickly and help the US win battles. Rank and level are not looked at -- our job is to help you gain rank and level, your job is to work, fight, learn, and contribute to our community.

If you have land skills, we will look at you as well. Assuming the final status of Liaolang is negotiated, we will open an iron company there, allowing us to add land workers to our group.

Our people have gone on to be Senators and cabinet members, moved on to the Army and Mobile Infantry as part of a military career. And some of them have chosen to stay with us, getting weapons, gaining rank, fighting in the right battles at the right time, while looking at a political or business career. A recruit starting with us as a private should make Lieutenant in 6 weeks or less. We've had several people start as Privates who are now Colonels, working on General, and four Eagles have made General while in our ranks.
