Michael Holden's platform for presidency [EN]

Day 745, 02:00 Published in Estonia Estonia by Michael Holden

Hey!

I'm sure the most active politicians have heard of me. I've been playing this game since mid-July and have been active in eEstonian politics since September. I am experienced in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both as an ambassador and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. I also have work experience in the board of ELE, as a former vice-president and the current party president.

I'd like to dedicate my term to improving foreign relations, however I shall not overlook the conflicting internal affairs. As the party president of ELE I am proud to say, that our party has the courage to differ from others and reach for our goals. My goal as the President would certainly be to lower the taxes and improving foreign relations and keeping the already good relations. eEstonia must leave a deeper mark in the New World than it has by today.

I've gathered my ideas under four general subjects. That is my vision of developing eEstonia.

• HOME POLICY
- Only the Congress can pass laws in eEstonia
- the government makes these laws happen and can propose new ideas to the Congress for discussion and passing
- the President is the head of the government. The President has the power of veto on Congress votes

• FOREIGN POLICY
- must stabilize foreign relations with eFinland
- must keep good relations with the Baltic states due to reasons related to the Baltic alliance
- must also develop new relations with other countries
- must hire new ambassadors via more personal, thorough and effective ways

• DEFENSE
- possibly improve the structure of the DF
- the Ministry of Defense will be led by the Minister of Defense, the Defense Forces will be led by the Chief Executive of the Defense Forces
- tunnels and region-swapping concerning eEstonia will end in both our original regions and outside.

• ECONOMY
- Training companies will be kept active to help newer users develop and produce sufficient supplies for the DF.
- Lower taxes help companies compete with foreign companies. We don't need to take all their money away just to get a few extra bucks for the country.

The presidential elections are this Saturday. To the presidential seat you should elect a man, who values the citizens and the companies, who doesn't operate with mindless region-swapping and "tunnels" and who doesn't secretly make decisions on his own, but speaks with the government and the Congress at the least.

Vote Michael Holden for eEstonian president!
