I Loose A Friend

NOTE TO READER: This is neither educational nor humorous. The topic is possibly only of interest to myself. I need to express myself in some small way, to pay tribute to someone that was suprisingly important to me.




This is a stupid game sometimes. It makes me run the gamut from being bored, to extremely angered, to laughing my fat butt off. Today it has brought me to another emotion, sadness.

An employee of mine left the game today. This wouldn't normally be that big of a news item. People leave the game everyday. Jack was one of my first employees in my first company. I don't even know how many months ago that was, but it was a long time for eRep. He lives in France and writes/understands some English. I tried to make the game fun for him but the language barrier was always a problem.

I helped him start his own business and hoped that would keep him involved. He was a good businessman. Running several companies did not make this fun and the game lost a very interesting player. I miss him more than I thought I would. Worse yet, I feel like I've let Jack down.

Sorry you will leave. You made me enjoy this game. The game is better with new changes. If you had better social times, maybe you would have more fun.
