Because we can now easily hire workers in foregin markets. foregin market wages have gone up significantly. now it became profitable for foregin workers to buy houses and work over time. so until we saturate the housing market again we will see house prices rise to about 120*7= 840.

but maybe houses market is still saturated? 126*4.5*1.01= 572.

so yep house market is not saturated. and prices have been rising. so house prices will reach 840. in a few months if we do not increase production.

It changes daily. and by cheap slave labor i am talking hiring employees. serbia had some difficulty in the past few days and their wage dropped 10cc over night IIRC. they also have a high population so you can get lots of workers from them. Austria's wage is 5CC per employee. however they have a very small population.

you will have to do the math yourself. please do not take my advice as i benefit from having you build a holding company and raising the wages for the worlds population.

How would it benefit you? Don't you want wages to stay low as the employer?

How I benefit. I Produce q1 houses. Which are beneficial to own and activate if wages are high enough. So if you build a holding company and hire low wage workers. this will raise their wages. hopefully high enough that they buy a house. thus causing house prices to rise and i can profit. now you ask why don't i build a holding company myself. each holding company costs more money than the one before. currently it costs me 75,000 CC to build a new holding company. but hopefully it will only cost you 5,000 CC. so you building the holding company is more cost effective than me building a holding company. It would take me hiring the entire population of the smaller countries many years to repay the cost to build that holding company, but it may only take you several months.

tl:dr; you will increase wages which will increase demand for q1 houses which increases price, i produce q1 houses and so it will increase my profit!

is out there a chart for region/bonuses/pollution/overall production? a few days have passed with these new pollution thing, it would be interesting to see the changes.

Regions with food bonuses are holding up well amidst pollution. Most people prioritized weapons, and since they only built the one holding company, they also put their food and housing there, which means that ALL of them end up polluted in that state.

eRep seems to be in a constant state of flux. I've been playing (off and on) since 2009, so I remember when we had to designate our time to learning/working/gaining happiness.
