Today, people of Cuba free themselves from Peru! Was a crusher victory! The people are very happie!
But not the cuban government. They criticized the congressists and the affront to the democracy, speaking that they have a tract with Peru for more 15 days. Probably Peru won´t accept another deal.Hehe...
I suggest a referendum. Create a forum, make the vote(yes or not) and see what go.
