Blue Tongu3 Lizard runs for eSwiss CP in March

Hello my dear ones

Some of you might know me for this last month like MoFA, under the name Blue Tongu3 Lizard. Previously I was known like Clorofila.

Let me introduce myself shortly. I am an old player, always the same account, since 2009. I have a long and diverse experience in the game, I eTravel a lot and I was part of Governments and HQ’s in different alliances like you can see in my wiki. I am not a newcomer in eSwitzerland, I was MoFA back in 2016 when Stenka Razin was CP/Dictator and was an active member of the eSwiss community.

I came back to Switzerland to give a hand.
My surprise and joy was not only being part of Terry’s February Administration but being invited by Sheldon The Mad Scientist to join his party and soon being proposed like candidate as Country President. I didn't expect all that in a row and so suddenly.

In real life I am a Senior lady, musician (composer), professor, mainly playing my bass guitar, working most of the time.


Above all, It is important to underline that I present these ideas like a continuity to the work we started with Terry. We worked together very hard to achieve what you witnessed the last month. Terry was very receptive of my experience and we exchanged our opinions regarding how to proceed for the best of eSwiss Citizens.


This also applies to Prime Minister when the CP is not online.

Inside the country:
*Communicate plans and decisions with the cabinet to all citizens, by shouts in the country feed.
*Coordinate the Cabinet activities, reorienting the actions to follow for clearer work, encouraging the writings of informs or briefs to clarify different topics in every ministry.
*Start a Group of Advisors formed by the PP of top parties and 1 representative of the others, to inquiry about opinions, particularly when some of them are not congressmen.
*Uphold the laws and veil for democratic processes in Congress.

Outside the country:
*Strengthen the leadership of Switzerland, in the feeds by mentioning aspects related to battle priorities, articles, calling for immigration invitation with the support of politicians from the country of origin, etc. Our presence must be notice with activity.
*Communication with other members of Nebula and allied countries to look for common interests in different modules of the game.
*Participate in debates in Nebula to seek for more presence of Switzerland in battles of our allies to respect their TW aswell, to ensure victory on the right side.




The role of the Governor is essential. We need to activate this role.

While most of the MU grant help to its members, especially the new ones, it is our intention to initiate a plan to promote the progress and growth of starting players or those who are stuck in their development. The idea is, in principle, to initiate a donation plan for factories of houses q1 and raw (we will expand if we assume as government), eventually with weapons and food as appropriate. We will focus on aerial fighters.

In due time, we want the Governor to publish or at least show gdoc where we can be transparent regarding:
*return taxes from TW
*donation in articles of the Government (in case it is not from an oficial org, it will be donated to the Treasury)
*Investment for every TW signed up

The reality is that you earn more in medals than in the economic module. The MoT will inform the citizens when is more proper to sell or buy gold in the MM.



Previously the coordination work and communication were improved. We need a MoD active to be successful in the orders not only for our citizens but for other players and allies too. We all must fight properly and taking care of our resources.
We will emphasize that TW is for eSwiss players.

We will probably insist on trying to activate a Telegram group (we have had created one over a month ago). The active ingame PM will be maintained with commanders and sub commanders for battle orders. This time we will announce when aerials start to make a profit of it before foreign players. Our aerials are also for eSwiss citizens

The MoD will provide daily a list of battles to support to get RH medals.

At this time we are more organized and we are able to seek a 2nd TW partner. These days, we have been offered by some countries but we look not in our cores. we will study what resources we need to production and we will talk to countries if we can go to their regions. We need other bonuses to improve production.



Foreign Affairs is not only the polite and diplomatic liaison to deal with situations, but it is also the strategic ministry that works in parallel with defense.
We have improved communication ingame with Nebula members, knowing their cabinets and following conversations regarding their issues. We also have a good communication level with some Asteria countries. We want to expand this, to more Asterian members, and some other non aligned countries.

We will promote the formation of ambassadors as a strategy to enter the political module, consulting the different parties with the interest in participating in this area. Embassies will go to strategic countries of national interest. We will go ahead with the program.

We have now 2 members in the Nebula HQ and we will be more active in that alliance. We have been proposed to have TW among the alliance. We have told we will discuss this with our Congress.




We want this Ministry to be in the media, with cultural and formative tasks.

We want to create the role of a tutor of the State, to escort and go along with new players in their first steps. We will call to cover this role to all community.

This minister will write guides as tutorials in political roles: ambassadors, deputies in defense, congress. It is necessary to educate to have better leaders in our country with extensive knowledge of a better way to play,

If possible, we will publish some games and incentives to winners with a formative or training goal. Entertainment with educational purposes is a real blast.



These are some of our ideas. We would like to do all we have devised as a plan. We would like you to support and to vote for us. I have a great team to perform this, some of them are known citizens.

We want to be a democratic government, open to dialogue, without distinctions or preferences of political groups.
