About missing funds (how to succeed with the tickets)

This article not include real ticket conversation but a simple review made by me. It should not be considered as a copy/paste of real ticket, so it not broke the rule. Yes, It is semi-insipired by old tickets, but this entire article is purely invented by me as informative document.

Unfortunately we were not able to reply to your ticket sooner.
Also, we need to know when this has happened, what was stolen and who did it.

What? I don't know who stole it, I ask you to know this.
We see last time the money on month X and we don't find it on month Y. You should check in this period. The amount of the transfer was 500.000 CC circa.
As previous situation like this, can we know the citizen ID related to this theft?

I said you that no one know this. We don't check daily that org and we don't know the micro second when the unknown thief make the transfer.
You know the month and the amount. You need only one query in the database to find probably the unique transfer of 500.000 CC in this period.

I'm not a citizen, I'm CP of this country that need to know where the money go.
You should understand that if you help who theft money, all will theft money to other citizen and your game will end up with a mass of thief and multies.
I hope that with the next reply it's possible to gain some usefull update. Sometimes it seems that you like to lose players and countries, earphones on, and on and on. It does don't work that way. It can't work like that.

I repeat, this article is heavily based on actual communications with the admins, but is not a copy/paste because it isn't allowed by the game rules. It's a result of the imagination but:
- the timing is often real
- the situation when you think "ok, now we are near to solve it" and then they go back and close their door is often real

When you write a ticket, if you are honest players who want the support to solve an issue, and if you care to really solve the problem: you have to insist.

We await a response for months that only the leaders of Montenegro can get by admins. I public this article in the hope that is taken as an example to have some consistent reply, if you will insist in this way, they will get all the info that you request.

With me it worked, at least 3 times, and I'm just a citizen who doesn't buy gold.
