6 and 1/2 years later

I just looked on my profile and to my amazement, I noticed that I have been playing this game for six and a half years. That's at least 43 dog years as the saying goes. I think it's time for me to assess my accomplishments. OOPS, I don't really see much.

One thing I did want to accomplish was to be a member of congress. I will say that the whole mechanics are a mystery to me. Oh, not the running and election process, but the being in congress part.

I have no idea where congress meets, how one votes, or even represents the voters. The information about how congress seems to be some dark secret kept in some Koch Brothers safe, guarded by eunuchs.

So, now that I have mentioned these little curious items, I would like input from former and better, current members on how all these things really work.

I suspect once the blinders are taken from our eyes, we may have more people interested in running for office, and perhaps, we can say goodbye so many of the old hacks who have been haunting the halls of power.
