Hello, I am the Commanding Officer of the United States Army Air Corps, Mourning Star, and I would like to give you a brief description of what it is the USAAC is all about.
We drop bombs, missiles, and heavy things from the air in order to disrupt enemy wars!
Air battles occur every fourth battle within a war. So on the 4th, 8th, or 12th battle of any war is an Air Battle. You can tell an Air Battle is in progress if the war icon looks like this:
Why do I care what an Air Battle looks like? Why should I care about the USAAC? Glad you asked my new friend... The ground attack module of the game has been implemented since the games release which has allowed a vast majority of the older players to gain astonishing amounts of strength. Air Battle are new to the game so everyone started off on the same level playing field. This means that Air Battles are YOUR chance to actually matter in wars! As long as you apply to work in our communes and follow daily orders you will be supplied with enough food to eat, fight, and be happy with. You will also receive missiles and Q1 houses to aid you. So do not delay, sign up today for the United States Army Air Corps!

Would we be required to join a specific MU for this?
I think that's the whole point. 🙂
There is "thinking" and then there is knowing. There is no explicit mention of an MU, so that needs to be explained if there is. There is mention of a commune, meaning you have to work for a company, but that is not an MU. Anyone can also fight or do DO's and be supplied, etc. without belonging to a specific, or certain MU. So, stop "thinking" and start getting it right if you are going to bother to do it at all.

Army Air Corps ought to publish in the USAF paper, though.. between the Air Corps and the USAF, together they might produce enough news to run a decent newspaper.
