at first I was of the opinion that taking down the monuments was a cheap payment on centuries of abuse, that more concrete remedies where in order.

decades later hip hopped to the opinion that the monument might as well move ...

since the riots the art gallery where my work is available remains boarded whether from fears of violence or plague I haven't asked

the monuments in Richmond are covered in graffiti and are a rally point for those seeking attention or a herd to join, are they not a monument/testament to the times and now hold a new historical value?
