Horice and myself are probably the only people not in congress so it got me thinking...what are they up to?

From what I can gather they've been using a made up voting system to remove a made up voting system.

If I was being pushed to make a decision about joining an alliance then I'd ask those negotiating about the benefits to the country as a whole. I'd probably also want to know what positions they've secured for themselves too.
