Bank of England Monetary Market Trust
As a reminder, the Ministry of Finance is taking advantage of the gold price on the monetary market by operating a Bank of England Trust for citizens and allies to invest in.
Four citizens have invested into the Trust and monetary market offers placed from a number of eUK Government Organisation reserved for use by the Bank of England. The monetary market profits have been agreed to be split 60% to the citizen and the remaining 40% for the Treasury to reinvest/store in reserves. Any monetary market profits made will be reported in future MoF Reports.

A Q4 Weights Room & Q4 Climbing Center (without any contract training) earns the most money of any training/contract combination. Together they will earn you 13.38g/month (0.446g/day) after you pay the daily training.
During promotional periods training ground upgrades are reduced;
To upgrade your Weights Room, Climbing Centre, Shooting Range or Special Forces Centre it costs 45% less for each incremental rise in quality.
Monetary Market fishing Guide - Republish
Monetary Market (MM) fishing is not new and there are many fine guides however here is a brief MoF guide as a refresher and to introduce the concept to younger citizens who may not be aware of it.
At the current market rate it is most optimal for a citizen to invest £3,333.00 into a MM fishing. There is two reasons for this;
1) The current and fairly long-standing exchange rate for 1GBP has been 0.003 Gold.
2) The daily gold limit for most citizens is 10 gold.
Therefore the maximum currency you may sell at the current exchange rate is £3,333.00 for 9.999 gold.
It will take around 10 days for your currency offer to sell on the monetary market. This will give you 9.99 gold. It is worth noting that the amount of currency you sell can vary greatly, sometimes all the currency you put on the MM will be bought and sometimes you don't sell any. Offers do expire on the MM however any currency that does not sell is returned to you
Place this 9.99 gold onto the monetary market at the current exchange rate (at publication's this was 1 gold for £386.500). This will result in the 9.99 gold selling for £3861.14. Once you subtract your initial investment of £3,333.00 you will have generated a profit on your investment of £528.14
Each of the top 5 political parties will be given access to an organisation
Introduction
Announced in Mad Pauly's CP address . An organisation complete with a seed capital of £20,000 from Government will be provided to each of the eUK's Top 5 political parties.
Timeframe
Over a period of time (at least two months) the parties are encouraged to use that money and the org to make as much as possible.
Profits
50% of the profits shall be returned to the Government and 50% of the profits can be used by the party as they see fit - reinvestment, market trading, helping new members
Seed Capital
Seed capital must be returned after this initial period. Failure to do so would see access to the organisation revoked.
Reporting
Parties are encouraged to share their methods through media articles (which might be one way of raising more capital, through endorsements to a party organisation news article).

Just a question to those who thought of the idea of £20,000 in an org for the different parties, what kind of profit are you expecting? A profit in the matters of a stronger community, or just fill our pockets profit?
It was proposed as a way to ignite some extra interest in the game by making it a bit of a competition between parties to see which could make the most money during the term. At the end, it would be nice for parties to share notes to see who did what and maybe come up with some different strategies for money making. This friendly competition could also benefit newer/weaker players in a party as some of the profits made could in turn be directed to a party-centric player development scheme.

I wasn't saying it was a bad idea, I just don't really understand it
What is there to understand? Government are handing you a money making factory with 20k. You can use the Org however you like, it is the Official Org of your party, party articles can be written and published there, it can hold a stock of 1000 items, which is pretty useless for big bulk trading, was handy enough for MU's and strikes though.
I'm sure some groups will take the idea and run with it, while others will simply forget they have it after a week.
Do you honestly think Wayne would come up with an idea where 'profit' was a metaphor and not literal money profit?
The profit can't really be quantified, it depends on so many factors, effort put it mainly.
My idea was to encourage some team activity as well as making some shekels for our parties. It ticks the boxes for the Lefty parties, Government investment and it also ticks the boxes for the Righty parties by putting the onus on players to make it happen.
I'm not just a pretty face... I do actually think about my ideas.
Glad you put 2+2 together and realised extra cash can be gained from org newspaper. I have a article about Goldfishing, might be worth reprinting it and updating it for today's prices. Also, I can probably find Emergys 'how to use an org' should anyone require it.
