"It's Been Awhile"

No, seriously. 3 weeks ago today, this humble
suffered a RL heart attack at the ripe old age
of 37. 37 Freaking Years Old!

Come to find out that it's true: not entirely
good family history (Maternals have heart issues),
love of all things bread (high carbs, high triglycerides),
little to no exercise (couch potato) and smoking (cigars)
will really block an artery in your heart, and almost kill
you.

Not exactly what this humble typist had planned for
his summer vacation, but then again, who can complain
now that this humble typist survived.

Really, I'm not a "cause" type. What this humble
typists means is this humble typist isn't one to
march on Washington to prove some kind of point.
This humble typist is no crusader if you will.
