[IPC] A new era begins

Hello there fellow Imperialists,

First of all, I’d like to thank all of you for your support, and I also wanna say thanks to each and every member who voted for me.
This is our official start as a party,we gathered 50+ members,and today we got our first elected party president.
In my opinion, from the beginning we have focused on recruiting and building this party up,and from my point of view – we did a fine job.However, we have reached a certain point where we should focus on other things now,like I mentioned in my PP presentation – such as the question about our policy,manifest, and other relevant things. I’ll set up a poll for each relevant question, to see the opinion of the majority.We will solve these issues together, democratically.
Also, I want to mention that it doesn’t mean that we’ll stop with recruiting. Reaching the top 5 party rank is still my primary goal.
Except that,during my term i will work on making good relations between our and other parties,and also on promoting our party.

As for my cabinet,I’ve been thinking a lot about this, and I think I have assigned the best roles to the players in accordance with their skills.

Spokesman and Party liaison – Ragalanow jadon

Councillor – cyber ninja

Recruiting and retention director – panzer1990panzer

As your leader, I will oversee the day to day operations of the IPC. I’ll be the political voice of the party, and I will follow the advice of the members majority – via polls, and other voting systems.
TBM is going to assist me, and serve as PP in the event of my extended absence.
Mann551 is going to keep his position as secretary general (keep up the good work Mann! ).
Ragalanow jadon is hopefully going to continue with doing what he does the best,(being an awesome spokesman), and I have assigned him a new role (PL).As a party liaison, he’s going to be responsible for inter-party relations and keeping the party leadership informed of significant events happening in other parties.
Cyber ninja is going to be the councillor because he proved to be a diligent and active member, and he created a IPC lottery project,so I think that he’s the right man for the job.
Panzer1990panzer is going to be responsible for coordinating all recruiting efforts, and he will work on retention matter, including efforts to increase member activity and resolving member concerns .

In addition, I would like to congratulate and thank all the members mentioned above, for showing a huge effort, activity and diligence, in building this party up.
