[Govt of eBelgium] Welcome back Wallonia !

Just a little update on the situation, the Resistance War of Wallonia, launched yesterday, have end and the battle have been won by the Resistance Force of Belgium !

This RW now close the war crisis Belgium have gone through, and we are all very happy to welcome back Wallonia in our country !

The situation have not been easy to handle, it requested a lot of diplomacy talks, with several partners, but we do think we suceeded to make the Belgians the less hurt as possible.

This war have also bring some few positives sides : the excitement and the honor to fight for his country, the economic boom on the market (foods/guns/mt), and the possibility of a babyboom (some newspapers have been contacted but we can't promise yet that we will suceed to get online articles published).

Finally, congratulations to all ones who have ranked up during these battles, and/or who have been accepted in our army...
