Anti Take Over procedures :

If someone suspicious runs in an election

* If a member of Congress or the government notices something suspicious, it should be posted in the Private Congress Section.

* The suspicious person(s) should be contacted by a cabinet member or the CP if available, explaining that they've been flagged as potential PTOers and asking for an explanation of their suspicious actions.

* If there is no response (or they admit they are attempting a PTO), then the procedure should be continued. If a believable explanation is given, then no further action will be taken, but congress/cabinet will be put on standby just in case. If they resign their candidacy, no more action needs to be taken.

* An article should be posted, explaining the situation to the public (through either citizen.info or any other more appropriate newspaper if one is created). All active citizens should be asked to put off voting as late as possible, and a thread in the forums should be posted telling them who to vote for and where at their last login before server reset.



At last PartyPresidence elections, M.Leviathin, the official candidate of the UBIP, have been defeated by an unknow citizen, Kevinpo.
Kevinpo is not registered on our national forums, don't answer to any messages, and seems to be related to several multies.
The UBIP have been Politically Took Over.

We have reported several multies accounts, and some of them have been already permanently banned.
However, the threat is still serious, and several multies are still alive.
Some tickets are still open, and a investigation is currently ongoing.
5 of the 6 candidates of the "BPTB" may be multies...

As Country President, ThomasRed have sent a message to all members of the ptoed party to tell them they had been flagged as potential ptoers and to ask them some explanations. No one, expected Lirka, a polish citizen (not a multi, but still a potential ptoer) have answered. He have been asked to left our citizenship, by the Polish MoFA and by the Belgian CP. All candidates of BPTB will be considered as suspicious.

Our country have now to face a serious threat of PTO of our Congress, and the Government of eBelgium ask every belgians citizens to vote the later as possible and to follow theses votes advices : http://tinyurl.com/belvote ! We really need each of you to help us to protect the integrity of our Congress and to try to get elected all official belgians candidates, instead of some (evil) ptoers !
