[CP] Training war with Bulgaria

Dear citizens,
A few weeks ago, we reached an agreement to start a training war with Bulgaria. Having training wars is important because it gives Japanese citizens a place to “farm”. The gold earned in these training wars is vital to becoming stronger citizens and a more powerful nation.
Bulgaria will airstrike Japan and land in Chubu. We will then have a “ping-pong” training war between Chubu and Tohoku. Once a month, Bulgaria will return the lost taxes to us. They will also pay us 50,000 per month in rent.
If you have factories in Chubu and/or Bulgaria, you will not be able to work in them. If you are affected, please send me a direct message. I will do my best to assist you.

I'm new to the community but I have to say Bulgaria are a terrible tw partner for us.They're too big, they have 100+ strength players out the wazoo. No medals for Japan's finest, just vulgar Bulgarians expanding.
With the Poland tw ongoing, this is an awful call imo
Hi there Seth! We make sure to review the results and experiences that every TW brings to eJapan every month so if at the end of the monthly period we see a TW that isn't helping our population as intended then we'll make sure to take the appropriate measures.
I'm not saying you're right or wrong but we need to try first.
We have had good experiences with Bulgaria in the past. Also, they have promised to help in air and ground battles if battles go wrong. But, as Squibeel mentioned, if things aren't working out, then we will take action.

The more TWs the better, easy to remove bad ones if we have to many.
