Good Evening Canada,

Nova Scotia is to be RWed from South Africa. They needed to end a war and temporarily came to visit. We weren't given any heads up. South Africa apologized and are now leaving.

Northwestern Territories RW has started. This was unscheduled. I'm not sure if outsiders or Canadians started it. At this point it doesn't matter. After speaking with PotUS Herr Vootsman, we agreed that it's done. The US will no doubt keep Croatia busy for some time. With the time before our wipe begins being uncertain I will leave NWT as a Canadian region. This will provide 100% weapons bonus.

Poland, Iran and Portugal will continue with TWs.
