Good day Canada,

I have important information that you need to know. Your government tries very hard to provide transparency whenever possible. As we all know some things must remain secret for security sake. With the recent Resistance War in Northwest Territories the secret is no longer necessary. The determination against Romania was so high they could not hold the region, but we thank our Romanian friends for trying.

Canada again resides in our NWT region. You may have noticed a reduction of bonuses when you WaMed this morning. In an effort to achieve the best bonuses possible I've been working on a plan. This will be ongoing, so I ask you to be patient.


What's Going On?

No sense wasting time by telling you all our wonderful plans that the recent culling of Asteria removed. If Lithuania had remained on NWT there would be no problem, Canada would have went humming along like a well oiled machine. But Lithuania is not there. It is my desire to find a suitable replacement with 100% bonuses. I now understand the salmon that fight to swim upstream, jumping rapids and waterfalls.

Currently the United States is moving into Canada in order to sit on Northwest Territories. PotUS Herr Vootsman has graciously agreed to temporarily supply their bonuses to our Factories until something more permanent can be achieved. It is unclear if they can remain due to financial considerations. We owe them a debt of thanks, Herr Vootsman has personally expedited the effort. We also wish to thank President Rapaport of Poland. He is working on our behalf to get things done. Canada is blessed to have such friends.


What Will Happen?

Our bonus' concessions made Canada wealthy. Not to brag, but for a medium sized country we were rolling in it. Romania no longer wishes to rent Rubber and Neodymium which are our big money makers. It remains to be seen whether we will find a new buyer. Then there is the consideration of protection. If we make too much Croatia becomes a concern. If we decide it's not worth the effort we will still have decent bonuses with natural resources, but at the sacrifice of income.

Best possible outcome is that we find a way to keep the US on NWT, renters of our resources and friends willing to let us host Traing Wars to help prevent problems. The Canadian dream, 100% bonuses, substantial income and solid protection. All while maintaining the best of relations with our many friends.


But I Didn't Vote For This!

No, you didn't. And Canada is not a dictatorship. Up until this point your government has been running things out of the backroom. Several of us are aware of what has been done, in your name, without Congressional approval, but with their implied consent. The door has been cracked open a bit too far, I don't believe any interested country hasn't figured out our plan. Therefore, I've decided to lay it out for your perusal.

Now you have the opportunity, through Congress, to decide if we've done a good job. Do we plunge ahead to see what goodies we can take or slip into obscurity and settle for mediocrity? Do you enjoy maximum bonuses? Do you enjoy perks such as the Hot Air program? Or shall we disregard the benefits at our fingertips and shun friends willing to help us succeed?


What I'm Asking You To Do

Give the United States a chance to prove their friendship. If you just can't bring yourself to fight for us I'd ask you to remain neutral. We changed our worldview when Asteria saved our bacon years ago. Let's change it again!
