THE GOOD

Twas the night before V-Day, and all through the Feds
A buzz was a flowing, inside of most heads.
The sun wasn't shining, the rain wasn't moving
the sound of the music, was all the more grooving.
And I in my heart, was holding quite shallow
in hopes that sir Cupid, would fire his arrow.
When all of a sudden, there arose such stink.
A dozen or more roses, the color of pink.
A gesture of love, not one meant to be corny.
But apparently to her, I'm not Proud/Horny.
