The First Battle of London
There is no sugar coating the statistics from our first attack on London. In the face of overwhelming odds and fighting against 17 mutual protection pacts (MPPs) comprising of Phoenix’s finest soldiers, it would have been prohibitively expensive to seriously fight the high wall assembled by Phoenix. The enthusiasm demonstrated by the eUS populace and the energy shown by our military in the first hours of the battle were very encouraging. Many more citizens showed their selflessness and excitement for fighting Redcoats by buying war bonds, a gesture of patriotism and show of support which underscores the country’s potential and should keep the country confident that our time will come if we continue to work together and fight united.

whether we, eSpain, or eNorway (or another EDEN ally) could start the fire

A New Approach to Get Our Allies Involved
Of course, fighting united against Phoenix and the eUK means getting our allies involved and sharing the fun with them. We extend a warm welcome to eSpain, our newest neighbors in Great Britain, and hope they enjoy their prime location on the outskirts of London. And with the Department of Defense’s multiple resistance war (RW) orders, we intend to free up some regions so our eNorwegian allies can approach London from the north. But do not worry, my fellow eAmerican citizens. If President Josh Frost does not press the button on London himself, we have an MPP with eNorway and rest assured, you will have another chance at Redcoats in London.



Party Presidents Elected
Day 818 brought in a new influx of Party Presidents in the eUSA, and you may have noticed a number of strange parties in our country now. By virtue of conquering the last eFrench region earlier in the month, all their political parties (and those of eSpain and eCanada from the summer) were absorbed into our political system, but without eUS citizenship, the original eFrench members could not participate in the elections. As a result, the eUSA won 15 of 33 eFrench party elections and gained just under 300 Gold as part of eRepublik’s natural spoils of war. So to those presidents and to the newly elected leaders of traditional eUS parties, congratulations and best of luck in the coming month.

Strategic Air Command Needs You

The Strategic Air Command and other departments of the government have been receiving requests for assistance from a number of allied or friendly nations. Our less populated friends are in danger of having the stability of their countries destroyed by political takeovers from enemy nations or groups of cheaters employing multis or bots. We have been asked to help defend in two separate buildups of Phoenix voters infiltrating the voter ranks, and have also been asked to help defeat the cheaters who use multi/bots in two other elections.

If you are of voting age (Level 6 or higher), can quit your job on election days (5th, 15th, and 25th of each month), are willing to accept foreign citizenship for a necessary period of time, and are not tied to an eUS political party, then apply here to put your vote to good use. The Winner of Our Survey Announced
We wanted to thank the near 240 participants of the survey we have been running in recent articles, to see why you joined eRepublik and what has kept you around. With your answers, we hope to more aggressively target new citizens to support an eUS baby boom, and will aim to keep them active. That being said, the winner of our 5 gold prize is Ross15! Don’t spend it all in one place, Ross!

For the rest of those who filled out the survey, thanks again. We noticed the great amount of citizens who joined because a friend is playing, so let us echo previous requests that you invite one friend to join and to get involved in the game. The social aspect of eRepublik is much more enjoyable and effective in the early going when you have a friend to show you the ropes-- who knows, maybe you and your friend could take over the world in enough time.
