Assalam o Alikum / السلام عليكم/Greetings.




AGREEMENT BETWEEN PAKISTAN AND IRAN REGARDING REGION


1-Iran has rented "Balochistan" from Pakistan at a monthly rental of 100k CC + All the Pakistan monthly taxes which must be paid on 15th day of each month.

2-This rental agreement will be valid for the next 3 months and after that it will be automatically renewed every 30 days until one of side wishes to withdraw from the agreement.
2-1 - Both the countries will revise the agreement terms as soon the Prestige (training centers) implemented in the game.
2-2 - The agreement has a cancellation clause too, which can be activated by either countries agreeing to cancel the contract before the 6 month period is over. ePakistan will have to return rent of previous and current month, where as eIran will have to pay the rent of an additional month, along with the current one.
2-3 - In case of cancellation of agreement, Iran will leave all occupied Pakistan regions peacefully.

3- eIran will not rent out any Pakistan region to any other country.

4- eIran will defend any Air Strike or NE War innitiated against Pakistan.

5- To secure the regions and follow the agreement, Pakistan and Iran have decided to start TW with the following conditions.

▶ eIran will win the direct wars.

▶ ePakistan will win the resistance wars as and when directed by the two governments.
nm▶ Iranian troops will help ePakistan secure their cores in any RW campaigns who ePakistan find difficult to close out.

▶ The TW of eIran and ePakistan will hold on these Pakistan regions: NWFP,Punjab and Sindh
