under this NAP, article 3
3. During the effective period of this agreement, ROC is not allowed to occupy four regions: Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Chungcheongnam-do.

but during the Determination process, RoC attack the Chungcheongnam-do.
RoC CP admit, this is click mistake(admit after 16hours from attack beginning)

How can i read the chinese?,
but i only understnad NE to Chungcheongnam-do is RoCs mistake

and Korea gov open RW in the Chungcheongnam-do,
under the agreement, this is not any problem


(in the NAP agreement, RoC should not occupied above region - 1,2,3,4)

but at now, RoC suppress the RW in chungcheongnam-do
i dont understand why RoC interfere this RW

and in the your official article, i find this sentence

why should i always check the RoC article(even the comment)
and translate to english?
this is unilateral notice,
your cabient decide to hold the RW, without talk with Korea goverment
return to our region is our duty and right

since the signed the nap, South Korea and RoC enhance the trustship
east asia has a peace and positive to both country

i concern that such a series of event, would harm our relationship.
