Thank You for Voting

Thank you

Helluva election. I went from being convinced I was going to win in a blowout, to being convinced I was going to lose. For the record, Aramec is a terrible election forecaster. Just awful at it. 🙂

Anyways, when I first announced my candidacy, I saw a path to victory through the USWP/WTP/AMP nominations. I assumed I would lose the Feds and SFP, and that BSP would sit on the sidelines like usual. I hoped that would be enough. It turns out that it was, and I want to thank everyone that voted for me. I also want to thank Orik for the campaign. It was fun, and I enjoyed myself.

While I saw a path to victory, I didn’t think it would work. I mean, I’ve been sitting on the bench for so long. Haven’t had a government job in almost 2 years. So it’s crazy that I’m back in the Oval Office. And it’s amazing to see how much things have changed.

If you want to yell at me about stuff, or just ask questions, here’s the link.

So far, we’ve talked a lot about USAF, and what to do with their missing Commander, rainy sunday. I’m not sure if Orik ever announced it, but he named Hale Kane as Commander a few weeks into his term[/url]. Hale has been getting me caught up, and briefed on the USAF situation.

We’ve also had discussions the funding level of DoCA, Iran, Greece, Pacifica in general, Russia, how often we’re publishing a WHPR, Press Briefings, and what to do with the broken Flight Training program.

It’s been an interesting few days.

The cabinet that everyone was waiting for. I told you it would look a lot like Orik’s.
