After much Discussions and planning, the Shinsengumi Cabinet, Regimental Captains, and Advisors have put together an official stance on the structure and membership requirements for the Shinsengumi Military Unit. These revisions will be made immediately, on day 1926. Supply and Distribution changes will be made effective on 1930, to give time for everyone to meet the membership requirements.

SHINSENGUMI Military Unit MEMBERSHIP

A. SSG has two levels of participation. SSG Affiliates and SSG Members.

MU Membership Requirement:

1. Wear Uniform (SSG Border, Banner, or Emblem) on Avatar

2. Participate in either minimal wage labor OR donation program to SSG

If choose donation, donation in amount of 75cc each week
(Google Document tracking donations on the SSG forum)
Based on following calculation:
300 RM per day worked at SSG x 7 days = 2,100 RM.
Current Market value 0.03/RM x 2,100 = 63. @ 0.04/RM = 84.
75cc accounts for market flux.

B. SSG is an ACTIVE MU.
Special arrangements can be made by contacting Ardishabutaro or Auraborus if a player knows they will be inactive for a period of time. Removed players can rejoin when they become active and return to the game.

1. Inactive recruits will be removed after 7 days of inactivity.
2. Inactive SSG Affiliates will be removed after 20 days of inactivity
3. Inactive SSG Members will be removed after 30 days of inactivity.

C. Supply Distribution is separated into 2 categories: Affiliates and Members.

1. Members – Max daily distro set to 10 Q7 Weapons.

a. Regiment 1 and 2 receive 1 Q7 Weapon per 5 kills & Food distribution
b. Regiment 3 and 4 receive 1 Q7 Weapon per 5 kills

2. Affiliates – Max daily distro set to 5 Q7 Weapons .

a. Regiment 1 and 2 receive 1 Q7 Weapon per 5 kills & Food distribution
b. Regiment 3 and 4 receive 1 Q7 Weapon per 5 kills


D. ELECTED CONGRESSIONAL DONATIONS
All Shinsengumi elected congress members are to donate their congressional medal gold (5 Gold) back to the Shinsengumi. All donations are logged and kept track of on our books. Link is located on the Shinsengumi sub-forum for transparency to all members.

All members are encouraged to donate when they have an opportunity to do so, to help better our Clan.

DONATION SPREADSHEET AND DONATION FORM ARE POSTED ON THE SSG MU SUB-FORUM UNDER THE THREAD TITLE "SSG DONATIONS". FORM TRACKS ALL DONATIONS TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND LEGITIMACY OF OUR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS. ABSOLUTE TRUST IN OUR LEADERSHIP IS TOP PRIORITY.

SSG MU STRUCTURE

The Shinsengumi Military Unit will be structured around the new war module that eRepublik has implimented.
With that, members will be assigned to the numbered regiment that corresponds to the division that they will fight in when "in game".
Thus someone who fights division 3, will be assigned to the 3rd Regiment in the Shinsengumi.

SSG MU REGIMENT 1
Division I players that are experience level 0 - 25

SSG MU REGIMENT 2
Division II players that are between experience levels 26 - 29

SSG MU REGIMENT 3
Division III players that are between experience levels 30 -36

SSG MU REGIMENT 4
Division IV players that are experience level 37+

This will provide us with much greater responsiveness to influence the battle on all four divisional fronts.
Although we are a smaller MU at this time, as we grow, we are laying the foundation for a well organized and efficient fighting force.

Weapon and Food distribution will occur daily from the Regimental Captains. If Captains are unavailable, the 2nd Commander or Commander will make distributions when needed.

Those that are interested in being a Regimental Captain in the SSG needs to send Auraborus or Ardishabutaro a PM (private message) in game. Only authorized candidates approved by the Commander and 2nd Commander may run and recieve endorsement.

TO APPLY TO BECOME A SHINSENGUMI MILITARY UNIT MEMEBER
1. Join the Shinesngumi MU in-game.
2. Apply for a position at Auraborus' factory for minimum wage.*
3. Sign in on the Shinsengumi Forum
4. Request an SSG uniform for your avatar (3 to chose from)

*You may opt out of the factory work by donating 75 yen per week to the SSG. Dues are paid in advance of the coming week. Monthly (300 yen) and yearly (3,600 yen) dues are also accepted. A dues spreadsheet is kept.
