Rainy Sunday for PP

Day 1,821, 19:41 Published in USA USA by Gnilraps

Rains On Me.
Day 1,821 of the New World
14 November, 2012

I like it Rainy.

While eRepublik is a fake world, it is still subject to real world karma.

What I mean is that as a game, people are free to play however they want, but none of us plays in a vacuum. Each person's gaming style affects everyone else insofar as we all must keep putting up with one other. And because there is a real person behind (mostly) every avatar, there develops a cultural sense of justice which yields to joy when truly bad people lose.

To be sure, there are also plenty of people who rejoice when bad people succeed. Like I said, everyone is free to play how he sees fit.

Ronald Gipper Reagan is the only truly bad person I've encountered in this game, and I've played for over 3 years. We've all been stuck in this asylum with him since his Ajay Bruno days, then through his multiple Pizza the Hut days. We watched him flame out as General Cartman Lee. And since he resurrected the specter of Reagan, he's remained unchanged.

Liar.
Cheater.
Traitor.
Psychopath.
Stalker.
Bully.
Troll.
Halfwit.
Douche.
Pusillanimous pipsqueak.

All this while, there have been a few hands-full of players who just do things right.

Never one to hunger for power, Rainy Sunday has dedicated many hours doing the kind of behind the scenes work that doesn't quite thrust her into the limelight. She is an unsung hero of the American Government.

Rainy Sunday must defeat Ronald Gipper Reagan for AFA Party President. There is no sweeter karma than this.
