Presidential elections

Day 684, 05:12 Published in United Kingdom USA by celtgaerfelddafydd

The presidential elections are just around the corner, and everyone is gearing up to cast their ballot. Who is going to win this election? Only you, the voters, will decide. Right now, there are only two MAIN candidates, GlaDos, who is running for a second term, and Mr. Woldy, who is looking for a chance to lead our country. Of the other candidates running, the best known candidate is Wingfield of the BSSM, an anti-PEACE candidate.

It is your responsibilty, my fellow eCitizens, to research the candidates, see what their past record shows, and check out their manifestos for what they plan to try and do for the next month. After this, please cast your vote for whichever candidate best suits your views. Naturally, I hope that you will back the same candidate that I do, which is Mr. Woldy of TUP.

He is very active on the forums and in East Midlands (so I am told, as I am from Wales, so I do not know for sure), and his platform does seem to be sound in principle.

To me, GlaDos has shown that he cannot run the country with the dedication it deserves. He is a bright, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable candidate, don't get me wrong. However, he does not seem to have thought through his actions of the past week with regards to the war with Norway. I must admit, I was all gung-ho for it in the early discussions, but now, seeing it in hindsight, I see that the naysayers were correct. We just weren't ready, and we had no plan of attack.

Anyway, please get out and vote tomorrow for the man you think best to lead our country through the next month.
