Il me fait grand plaisir de voir aujourd'hui qu'après tant d'effort et de sacrifice de la part de plusieurs donateur, Le FIQ (le Fond d'investissemet québec) peut finalement dire: Mission accomplie. Nous avons finalement un hôpital q5 dans la province du Québec. Ce fut long mais au bout du chemin, nous avons pus transformer nos aspirations en réalité.

À un momment, nous avons pris une décision, qui fut de convertir tous les dons en bons de la victoires. Le but de ceci était d'aider le gouvernement Canadien dans la défense de la Nation. Hélàs ce ne fut pas suffisant et le canada fut rayé de la carte pendant un bref instant. Plusieurs m'ont fait part de leur inquiétude et même remis en cause la validité du projet vu que le Québec n'était plus sous notre contrôle. Mais en bout de ligne, jamais ma confiance dans l'administration Jacobi n'a été ébranlé. J'ai toujours cru que nous reverrions notre argent. Et lorsque la possibilité de mettre l'hôpital au québec s'est présenté, j'ai vite tenté de convaincre jacobi en lui fesant dons de nos bons afin de faciliter la construction de l'hôpital. Jacobi nous l'avait promi, et il l'a installé avant la fin de son mandat.

J'aimerais remercié tous ceux qui m'ont fait confiance dans cette aventure, les donateurs qui nous ont tant donné. Et des dons sont venus des quatres coins du Canada, pas seulement de québécois. Ce projet m'a définitivement montré la grandeur de notre communauté, je n'oublierais jamais ceux qui m'ont prouvé que le Québec était important pour le reste du Canada.

Finalement, j'aimerais remercié mes deux collègues qui m'ont épaulé sur ce projet. Vulcain qui m'a aidé à mettre sur pied le fond et qui a administré l'organisation qui contenait les dons, a toujours été présent afin garder à jour les données sur le projet. Christian Doe a également travaillé très fort au congrès afin de faire appouver cet hôpital, mais également pour instaurer l'idée que le québec vallait la peine d'être convenablement équipée,

Ceci n'est pas nécessairement la fin du fond, S'il venait à y avoir un autre projet à s'investir, nous remettrons le temps nécessaire dans cette tâche ardue mais nécessaire.

It's a great honor for me to announce today, after so much effort and sacrifice from our many donator, that the FIQ (funds for investement of quebec) can finally say : Mission accomplished. We finally have a q5 hospital in Quebec. It's been a long road but at the end, we have been able to transform our aspiration into reality.

At some point, we took a decision, wich was to convert every single donation we received (125 gold) into victory bonds. The goal was to help the Canadian government to defend our nation. Alas, it wasn't enought and Canada has been wiped off the map for a brief momment. Many told me about their concern and even tought about the project itself, as Quebec was no longer under our control. But in the end, I never lost my trust in Jacobi. I have always tought that we would see our money again. And when the opportunity to put the hospital in quebec presented itself, I have quickly tried to convince jacobi by giving him our war bond in order to facilitate the construction of the hospital. Jacobi promised it to us, and he installed it at the end of his mandate.

I would like to thanks all those who gave me their trust in this adventure, the donators that gave us so much. And donations came from all over the country, not only from Quebecers. This project definetly showed all the greatness of our community, I will never forget those that proved to me that Quebec was important to the rest of canada.

Finally, I'd like to thanks my two colleagues that helped me on this project. Vulcain who helped me set up the whole thing, and that has administrated the fund. He has also help keep maintain an up to date list at all time. Christian Doe also worked very hard in congress to make this hospital approves, but he also tried to instaure the idea that it was a good thing that quebec have the right tool to maximise it's potential.

This might not be necessarely the end of the fund. If we would ever need it for another project, we will invest time in it so it can be achieved.
