Benvolguts ciutadans d'eEgipte:

Dear citizens of eEgypt :

Aquesta setmana ha estat marcada per dos fet principals: en primer lloc la RW a Western Desert contra Grècia per tal d’aconseguir alliberar la regió i així poder tenir Congrès. Malauradament, desprès d’una lluita heroica i valenta, hem caigut derrotats amb tota la honra intacte, però ens obligarà a continuar la feina de l’Estat a l’ombra d’un Congrés outgame.

Per altre banda el MoF elBruch ha sigut banejat permanentment, presumtament per multicomptes i amb ell la ORG Incerum Holding que administrava conjuntament amb el vMoF costalsina i el responsable de les FAC montserrati El govern està a l’ espera de la resposta de Plató als tickets de reclamació que s’ el hi han enviat.

Mentre tant el CP ha rellevat a elBruch en el càrrec i a partir d’ara el vMoF costalsina serà el nou MoF.

Montserratí ha presentat la seva dimissió al front de les FAC en una decisió que l’honora, quedant el càrrec vacant mentre es decideix el substitut.

El govern lamenta aquesta situació produïda per motius aliens i treballarà en ferm per intentar resoldre la situació de la manera mes favorable possible.

En aquest moment s’estan portant a terme les eleccions internes catalanes al fòrum per definir quin serà el Congrés outgame d’aquest mes i que us donarem mes informació quan estigui disponible. Al fòrum i als feeds podreu obtenir la informació mes recent sobre el tema.

Per altre banda, aquesta setmana el CP ha proposat una enquesta per conèixer el nivell de satisfacció de la població amb el diferents Ministeris i copsar l’ opinió popular.

El Ministeri de Comunicació ha calculat els resultats de la següent manera:

Sobre un total de 120 punts de valoració, els enquestats han donat, com a Ministeri mes valorat el de Interior (MoI) amb 91 punts, seguit del Ministeri de Comunicacions (MoC) amb 78 punts. En tercer lloc, el Ministeri de Exteriors (MoFA) amb 72 punts. Quart lloc per el Ministeri de Defensa (MoD) amb 71 punts i finalment el Ministeri de Finances (MoF) amb 56 punts que no supera la mitja que està situada en els 60 punts.

Podem concloure deduint que tots els Ministeris aproven en el sondeig, excepte el de Finances, sense dubte a causa dels problemes que ha tingut amb els bans i destacar la bona nota obtinguda per el Ministre d’Interior.

En els seus apartats respectius, comentarem amb mes concreció que es el que mes valoren els ciutadans i que troben a faltar en les actuacions de cada Ministeri, però la majoria coincideixen en la demanda de mes transparència i informació a tots els Ministeris, especialment en el de Finances.

On the other hand, CP has this week proposed a survey to ascertain the level of public satisfaction with the various Ministries and capture the popular opinion .

The Ministry of Communication has calculated the results as follows :

About 120 evaluation points , respondents were given more valued as the Ministry of Interior ( MOI ) with 91 points, followed by the Ministry of Communications ( MOC ) with 78 points. Thirdly , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( MOFA ) with 72 points. Fourth for the Ministry of Defence ( MoD ) with 71 points and finally the Ministry of Finance ( MOF ) with 56 points does not exceed the average that is located in the 60 points.

We can conclude deducting all Ministries approve the survey , except for Finance , undoubtedly because of the problems it has had with bans and highlight the note obtained by the Minister of Interior.

A l’enquesta, a part de la millora de la informació, els ciutadans demanden un acord amb Grècia per mantenir una regió, aliances, MPP i NAP amb altres països i potenciar la implicació a WOLF. A la vegada, també valoren positivament la feina feta en aquest sentit.

El Ministeri de Defensa no ha facilitat cap nova informació.

La ciutadania reclama a l’enquesta sobre tot, mes organització i mes guerres. Demanen també millores en el repartiment de ajuts d’armes i energia i publicació de guies.

Encara no tenim cap comunicat del nou ministre de Finances. Estem a l’espera de conèixer el seu projecte i la seva opinió sobre els fets.

Tampoc es te cap noticia del Ministre banejat.

En quant a la org banejada, no es sap amb seguretat encara, però sembla que Plató ha embargat permanentment una quantitat al voltant dels 300 golds. Sembla també que a la org Cat4free administrada per el CP, hi falta alguna quantitat no determinada de EGP.

Lamentem no poder oferir una informació mes precisa. En el moment que hi hagin novetats us ho comunicarem.

Aquest es el Ministeri pitjor valorat per els ciutadans. Es reclama insistentment informació tot i que es valora positivament la feina feta per elBruch en qüestió de transparència i la publicació dels gdocs de l’estat de les finances. També es sol·licita mes informació sobre els bans, millores dels ingressos de l’Estat mitjançant el lloguer de les ORG’s, pujada d’impostos d’armes i menjar i potenciar el jeweig. Hi ha demanda d’ajuts per els catalans i es suggereix que l’Estat posi en marxa fabriques d’armament.

Aquest Ministeri ha posat en marxa un pla per millorar la informació als ciutadans i s’ha proposat publicar aquest butlletí en dues edicions setmanals per tal de que sigui menys recarregat. La edició del cap de setmana inclourà tota la informació del Govern, Ministeris i Congrès i entre setmana hi haurá una altre mes informal amb els rankings i els reculls de premsa habituals.

En les darreres jornades, el MoC va proposar una enquesta propia per tal de tenir un estudi d’opinió sobre el sistema de partits catalans a eEgipte. Podeu veure el resultats aquí

De 6 opcions de resposta, la majoritaria amb un 47% ha sigut la d’un sistema bi-partit, seguida a distància amb un 27% per un sistema multi-partit i amb un 20% el partit unic.

Traslladem aquestes dades al govern i al MoI per tal de que prengui les decisions oportunes al respecte.

Si algú està interessat en col·laborar amb aquest Ministeri, ja sigui recopilant informació, redactant textes i/o traduint al anglès o al àrab, teniu un lloc al equip i un càrrec de vMoC a la vostre disposiciò. Si tens idees noves també seràs benvingut.

Es el segon Ministeri millor valorat, però tot i això es demana mes informació, mes puntual quan els fets ho requereixin i mes sintetitzada. Els ciutadans valorem molt positivament els esforços per oferir mes transparència però demanden mes col·laboració de tot el govern per fer-ho possible.

No hi ha hagut activitat en els darrers 22 dies.

A falta de regió per poder tenir Congrés, s’està procedint a la creació d’un Congrés outgame al fòrum català que prendrà les decisions oportunes durant la pròxima legislatura.

No tenim cap comunicació al respecte des de la Comunitat egípcia ni sabem quines son les seves intencions. Des d’ aquí fem una crida a aquesta important part de la ciutadania per que s’impliquin en la governabilitat d’eEgipte obrint-se al diàleg amb els catalans.

Tots treballem i lluitem al mateix bàndol i per els mateixos objectius.
