Info for the Newspaper of the Year.

This is a republication of this article, just a simple text document describing the rules and proceedings of the contest "Newspaper of the Year"(NotY).

Proceedings:
° First round will be held in December and the final round will be held in January.
° Will also have several other awards.
° The awards(and possible prices) are:
- Best Belgian states newspaper award(badge only)
- Most funny article award(200 Q3 food + 500 BEF + badge)
- Best contest award(200 Q3 food + 500 BEF + badge)
- Most Notable newcomer award(200 Q3 food + 500 BEF + badge)
- Most productive publisher award(200 Q3 food + 500 BEF + badge)
° Any Belgian Newspaper can be selected for the awards, except for the "Best Belgian states newspaper". This one is for Government Newspapers only.
° The Newspaper of the Year will get a award/reward(10 gold + 1000 BEF + 2000 Q3 food + badge)
° Pre-selection for the other awards will be held in December.
° For the Newspaper of the year all the 12 NotM winners(now called candidates) will be competing for the final 4 nominees selection.
- All 12 must have published an article before the 14th of December. if they no longer have any publications from before that date, they will be disqualified.
- On the 17th December the first round will be held and the first 6 candidates will be presented of which the first 2 nominees will be chosen(the 2 with the most votes).
- The second round will be held on the 17th January and the second 6 candidates will be presented of which the second 2 nominees will be chosen(the 2 with the most votes).
° The final round(which includes the awards final) will be held on the 28th of January and will keep running for max 2 days(20.00 hours CET closing time).
° The winners will be announced the first following weekend after the voting closed.

Rules(guidelines):
► If a nominee removes his last publication before the end of the voting-process, he/she will loose their status as nominee(this also applies to candidates).
► If a publication made within that month is in violation with eRepublik law, the newspaper will be disqualified for that month.
► A permanent ban in-game will also disqualify a newspaper. Temporary bans are not a reason to disqualification unless the ban is related to the newspaper itself.
► Anyone can vote!!! It does not matter what your nationality nor affiliation might be. Anyone is allowed to vote!!!

The month June will be excluded as this was won by the same person from the January edition.
I also like to add that the awards are a separate contest within this series which is held once per year and that the nominees for these awards have not yet been selected.
