I want to be your Vice President.

I want to be your Vice President.

Not just any Vice President, though. I specifically want to be your Vice President in a Pfeiffer Administration.

Here’s why:

ACTIVITY - He is undeniably good for activity and we absolutely, without a doubt, need more activity in eRep. I’m also p good for activity. I want to be VP for an active community.

CHEMISTRY - We have this weird chemistry/rivalry thing that makes us both work harder and be better. We are a very good team. I want to be VP in an Administration with good vibes.

GOOD IDEAS - Pfeiffer knows what he’s doing. He puts the genius in diabolical super genius (lol). I want to be VP in an Administration where we are making big decisions and doing things with confidence.

I don’t think he gets enough credit for how well he listens to people. Probably because he’s so quick with an insult, the slower folks think he was just waiting for his turn to say something. But he takes in a lot of information, even factoring in the objections from those who disagree, he turns it over and then comes up with a plan. This is a thing we have in common and I think is part of the reason why we are a really good team. We both CAN be impulsive, but when it comes to serious stuff, we think it through. We also follow through with the things we set out to do. I can personally point to my record within the Federalist Party where I am all about calling my shot and then totally crushing it. On the regular.

Allow me to hype myself a bit here and shed some light on the last month.

I have this need to do well, even in bad circumstances. Just look at what I did as Secretary of Media under President Orikfricai this term! He’s actually claiming credit for an increased media presence despite the total lack of quality or substantive media for the entire month. You know why he thinks this is a credit to him? Because I did a good job, against all odds. There was literally nothing happening all month and Orik was basically silent. I’m not sure I ever got more than a sound bite or two out of him. I still got those WHPR’s out twice a week, though, even if they were sometimes 90% pictures. (eta: props to Wild Owl for consistently working with me all term. He's the only one who did)

Pfeiffer talks about how I was underutilized this month. That’s what he’s talking about. I work hard. I love cranking out articles- informative and hype. I like making graphics and things. And I was being used to put out a fancier version of the pony express rather than doing the ONE THING Orik said was a TOP PRIORITY for his term- lots of media and increased communication with the public. I suppose he just means compared to his last term? But what a missed opportunity! Sure I didn’t vote for Orik, but I was genuinely excited to be the Secretary of Media for a President who based the entirety of his campaign promises on MEDIA! It made me think I would be an important part of the conversation and I’d really be put to work. T’was not to be.

So let Pfeiffer put me to good use. He knows my strengths and my weaknesses. He respects my abilities. Sure he likes my boobs, but he doesn’t think I am JUST boobs. And that’s exactly the quality that makes him a good leader. He can size people up and put them to the best possible use, regardless of personal opinions and bias. He can put people into situations where they will flourish and serve the greater good. He is a strong leader and a good manager of people. He takes chances and calculated risks, and I think that is really needed right now. I’m sick of how safe and boring everything has been. We don’t need another term of babysitting buttons and making sure nothing happens. We need stuff to happen.

Make me your VP. Stuff will happen.
