Final Congressional Update
Cromstar
Over the last week or two, only a few bills of note have come up. Several donation bills were brought up, most of which were being donated as pre-payments for goods and services to the American people, including a new Q5 hospital we will be receiving soon, so I voted yes for these.
There is also a current proposal to issue about 30k dollars into the market, and I voted for this as well. The reason: over the last few weeks, the USD has jumped in value, and when the value of the dollar increases, there quickly comes a rise in prices on a lot of things. In order to keep food prices as stable as possible, we need to regulate the dollar value.
Finally, the presidential impeachment came up this weekend. I did not vote on it. The whole thing came up too fast and I was not able to come to a decision. However, judging by the vote, it seems obvious that Uncle Sam had lost the confidence of Congress, and of America.
For those of you who pay attention to the proposed laws, there are a lot of lulz proposals there, and I've voted all of them down. Aaaaaaaaalllll of them.
And don't forget: Reelect me to Congress!

Cromstar - I'm sad to see that you didn't vote on impeachment. What were the factors that made you hesitate?
I was out of town for a day, mostly. I got back only a few minutes before it ended and didn't know enough to vote in that time period.
If you read Sams statement it clearly states that he asked to be impeached. He did not lose any faith then any other president has lost.
