New EZC Supply Policy

In light of a recent survey of Easy Company membership, Easy Company is proud to unveil the following new policy for daily supplies.

First, the survey received response from 98 Easy Company soldiers. Considering that our communes hold about 135 workers, 98 is an excellent response. Easy Company is an active and vibrant community whose soldiers care very much about day-to-day battles, game mechanics, and gaming strategy.

What I learned from this survey is that the vast majority of Easy Company fighters are receiving more food than they need and fewer tanks than they desire. There were a few - mostly our newest soldiers - who are satisfied with the current mix of weapons and food.

Easy Company will therefore offer the following options for its soldiers:

Squad 1
This squad is for our youngest Citizens whose Town Center is still level 1 or level 2.
In order to fight in Squad 1, you must work in a company commune. OMS requires commune workers work 4 out of 7 days. This is in place to accomodate RL issues where you may miss a day here or there. As long as you maintain your 4/7 status, you remain in good standing. If you didn't work, though, don't request supplies that day either. Commune jobs can be found by going to the Jobs market, finding the offers for $1, finding Gnilraps, and taking a job from him.
You must also have an EZC uniform to be in Squad 1. These can be requested at this threa😛 Uniform Request Thread

So if you have a commune job and a uniform, and your Town Center is level 1 or 2, you are EZC Squad 1.

Squad 1 soldiers may request supplies twice daily. First requests will be for 25 Q5 food and 7 Q6 weapons. A second supply request may be registered for an additional 25 Q5 food.

Squad 2
If your Town Center is level 3 or 4, you qualify for Squad 2. Squad 2 Soldiers must also comply with commune and uniform rules.

Squad 2 soldiers may request supplies twice daily. First requests will be for 25 Q5 food and 9 Q6 weapons. A second supply request may be registered for an additional 25 Q5 food.

Squad 3
If your Town Center is level 3 or 4, you also qualify for Squad 3. Squad 3 Soldiers must also comply with commune and uniform rules.

Squad 3 soldiers may request supplies twice daily. First requests will be for 8 Q6 weapons. A second supply request may be registered for an additional 5 Q6 weapons.

Squad 4
If your Town Center is level 5, it is assumed that you are able to supply your own food. Squad 4 must remain in compliance with all commune and uniform rules.

Squad 4 soldiers may request supplies twice daily. First requests will be for 9 Q6 weapons. A second supply request may be registered for an additional 6 Q6 weapons.

Civilian Squad
If you work in a commune but do not have a uniform, you are considered a Civilian Squad member. All Civilian Squad members qualify for 1 supply request only, as long as they continue to work in the company communes 4/7 days.

Civilian Squad supply requests are fulfilled at 25 Q5 food and 7 Q5 weapons.

IN BRIEF:
Squad 1 - 7 Q6 weapons and 25+25 Q5 food.
Squad 2 - 9 Q6 weapons and 25+25 Q5 food.
Squad 3 - 8+5 Q6 weapons.
Squad 4 - 9+6 Q6 weapons.
Civilian Squad - 7 Q5 weapons and 25 food.

Implementation
These new Squad designations will go into effect starting Monday February 20. The Google Supply Document URL will not change, but it will be updated at reset Sunday night/Monday morning to reflect these changes.

If you have any questions, a forum thread has been started where you can ask. In this way others will benefit from hearing your questions answered. Please do NOT send your questions to our QM's, XO, or CO, as you will only be directed to this threa😛 New Supply Policy Q&A

With these new policies, Easy Company remains a fantastic choice for all players, new and old, who want to fight in an independently-minded Militia whose allegiance is firmly in step with the best interests of the eUSA, Department of Defense, National Security Council, and the Office of Militia Support.
