Erepublik: The online Social Strategy (but mostly Unending War) Game

So this game is all about Strategy.
Way back when, it wasn't always war strategy wither, but a social, economic and media, and political one too. anyone could play a variety of these aspects and have a good time, mainly the social one. One used be in a Party, have a job, own an ORG that owned a business or 25 But all the aspects were balanced, and one could do without another. But nowadays, the focus has shifted from Politics, Media Mogul, Entrepreneur, to General and Commander.
Now more than half the Medals we can achieve are war related. From training to reach 250 more strength, to winning battles, campaigns, and all out onslaught as a Mercenary. Now, wheres the fun of being overran by another country, just because they can (and decided to do so)? Answer: none.
For every aspect of the game came fancy medals when V1 was released, The Hard Worker, Congress election winner, CP, Media Mogul, Society Builder, and then we have the war medals: Super Soldier, Battle Hero, Campaign Hero, Resistance Hero, Mercenary, and the new Top Fighter.
The Top Fighter's feature is "Have one of the Highest Daily Influences in Erepublik for 30 Different Days" Hmmm, Gee, That sounds like a tuff one to get. Highest Daily Influence. Well, I've seen battles where people to 400,000+ influence. Now, idk about you, but I ain't gonna be doing that any time soon. 1) I got 1250+ strength, 2) I don't have a bazillion bazookas, 3) all that costs a fortune in Gold., the which I don't plan on buying. So where does that leave us? Wondering why the admins think that by putting up a new medal that will cost more Gold than its worth.
However, if each medal had a different value of Gold reward, then there may be more incentive to achieve all these medals. I'd try harder if that Top Fighter medal was worth 15 or even 20 Gold.
What I just wanna say is that the admins added a new medal that only the top elite can achieve. And that, is one big FAIL for the admins.

It's technically a medal for if you buy gold but instead of writing it like it is, they want to hide it. Admin's, bad bloody move.
Dude, you got it wrong ... It isn't 400k you need to get .... it's 3 million PLUS in a day to be in the top 100 .... as seen here

Nobody in the top 300 hitters does 3 million without gold, Bogdan Adamutz is the biggest hitter, maximum of 240 food fights a day for him is 1.9 million to 2.1 million with NE.
This is a mastercard medal, 1 month of saving bazookas is 1 million damage, so to get 30 of these for 1 medal and 5 gold is purely a mastercard need only apply medal 😉

voted. i agree. i miss all the other aspects of this game. as long as wages remain this high, i wont be hiring anyone to work. and that ruins the social networking of having companies full of employees.

Well, I think they had to figure out some new goals for the top players too, so I understand the top fighter medal. But I agree that the shift from a well balanced social-economic-warfare game to a plain warfare game wasn't that good.
