Entrevista al MoFA de Ucrania [ESP/ENG]

Buenos días eArgentinos! Muchos de ustedes se preguntarán qué es lo que sucede, sucedió y tal vez vaya a suceder en eUcrania , un país con el cual solíamos ser grandes aliados pero el tiempo nos fue llevando por caminos distintos.

Amablemente el MoFA ucraniano Kromoff me cedió una entrevista para aclarar algunas dudas y situaciones.

Frank Maiden: Buenas! ¿Cómo va todo?

Kromoff: Bien, con frio. ¿Y tú?

F: Al contrario, con calor jeje. ¿Comenzamos?

K: Muy bien

F: Con todos los problemas actuales,¿Cómo ve y piensa Ucrania de Argentina?

K: Dentro de pocos días, el 6 ó 7 de diciembre, se cumplirán 2 años desde que Argentina y Ucrania firmaron su primer MPP. Recuerdo estos sucesos a la perfección porque, de la parte de ucraniana, fui "el padre" de tal acercamiento histórico que derribó en una fuerte amistad. Recuerdo que de parte argentina en estos procesos estaban involucrados nicks como Silent_Night, John Locked y muchos otros.

A los 3 meses de MPP firmamos en febrero de 2012 un tratado muy completo y poliédrico, - jamás visto y por ver por su carácter histórico que para él aquel entonces era además revolucionario: el Tratado de Amistad en Argentina, Turquía y Ucrania (ATU). Y nos fue muy bien. Hasta en abril, creo, firmamos un tratado que actualizaba al anterior. No obstante, ya en la segunda mitad del año pasado nuestras relaciones se enfriaron...

Puedo entender que la élite de gobierno argentino y su sociedad en general se ha rejuvenecido.Ellos no recordarán como Ucrania medió en conflicto con Chile (enero 2012), como Ucrania defendía la candidatura de Argentina para EDEN, etc. Al igual que nuestros jóvenes no podrán recordar cómo Argentina nos ayudaba en nuestras batallas

Creo que el punto de tensión actual es la empatía de Argentina hacia Hungría, el ocupante de Ucrania. Es decir, que no se siente ese apoyo desde la parte argentina lo que hace a los más jóvenes jugadores decantarse por posiciones que comparten más o mejor su commprensión hacia un problema tan delicado que sufre Ucrania.

No obstante, la opinión de mi gobierno acerca de Argentina es de "strategic partnership". Yo personalmente espero que el país sea un aliado pródigo.

F: ¿Qué pasaría si un grupo de usuarios en la órbita CUA ajenos completamente a los gobiernos de dichos países se ofrecieran a ayudarlos a realizar un AS hacia SudAmérica como puede ser en eBolivia, lo aceptarían?
¿Ayudarían entonces a dichos países si realmente fuese necesario?

K : Esta opción de AS parece ser una vía muy interesante para Ucrania (aunque hay distintas opiniones). Como ministro, me gustaría tratarla más a fondo con los interesados. Y, espero, tengamos esta oportunidad este mes. Una vez claras las condiciones se propondría oficialmente a la población del país.

F: ¿Si ese AS se lograría concretar, Podrían también negociar con Hungría desde otra posición, negociarían con ellos un NAP?

K: Es una cuestión poliédrica y multifactorial. Depende de las condiciones y perspectivas del AS y de la posición de los propios húngaros

F: En ese caso (la guerra Hungría - Ucrania) , el gobierno Argentino siempre mantuvo neutralidad en el conflicto Hungría - Ucrania , ¿si las alianzas del juego nos ponen en lugares enfrentados, mantendrían neutralidad ante nosotros?

K: No escondo que esta "neutralidad" produjo sensación de decepción en Ucrania ya que incluso algunos países del TWO ayudaban diplomáticamente a remediar el conflicto.
En cuanto a su segunda parte de la pregunta, puedo decir que yo fui MoFA de Ucrania durante 9 meses mientras existían EDEN. Lo digo porque se que toda alianza da un margen de maniobra y libertad de conciencia para respetar antiguas amistades

F: Deberías saber que Argentina hizo cuanto pudo en la sección diplomática para que el conflicto se detenga.

F: Con la desaparición de CoT , ven a Ucrania en una alianza tal vez con países que puedan llegar a enfríar aún más la relación entre Argentina y Ucrania?

K: No veo en la caída del CoT una tendencia a reagrupación de alianzas hasta que TWO siga estable. Ucrania no planea ninguna adhesión "so far". No obstante, e-históricamente, salvo contadas excepciones, Ucrania y Argentina coinciden en no-amigos (por no decir otra cosa).

F: Han sido acusados por Hungría de que han violado una y otra vez los términos del NAP, por eso el objetivo húngaro es borrarlos, ¿qué hay de cierto en la complicidad ucraniana a que esto pase?

K: A mi profundo parecer, el problema no reside en el incumplimiento del NAP por parte de Ucrania sino en las indignas condiciones del propio NAP impuestas con Hungría. Es este el punto del que hay que partir para entender la situación.
Aunque puedo reconocer que la única culpa que tuvieron los anteriores gobernantes de mi país es que firmaron algo que no sería apoyado por la población en su conjunto. Esto acción provocó una antiacción: alzamiento contra los húngaros en defensa de los intereses nacionales.
Actualmente, Ucrania tiene capacidad para cortar periódícamente el acceso a los bonuses sin prejuicio de estar abiertos a negociaciones de NAP. Pero con una condición clave: la presencia húngara en regiones naturales ucranianas ha de entenderse como alquiler.

F: Los partidos políticos ucranianos están enfrentados, y pareciera que cada uno hace lo que le plazca, ¿qué hay de verdad en eso?

K: A efectos de nación toda la élite política se mueve en el mismo sistema de coordenadas. Tenemos a un ocupante común y todos los líderes de MUs -tanto progobierno como oposición- están en un mismo chat de coordinación militar donde discuten de los quehaceres actuales manteniendo su postura política en cuanto a ciertas propuestas interiores o exteriores. De hecho, este mes el gobierno del país es de consenso y las carteras las ocupan representantes de distintos partidos, incluída la oposición moderada, o un centro político encarnado en mi persona.

Hello eArgentinians! many of you may ask what happened and what is going on in eUkraine, a country with which we used to be great allies but the time has distanced us
Kindly, MoFA Kromoff gave me an interview to know a little bit better of eUkraine and the ongoing situation there.

F: Hi there! How’s everything?

K: Hi! it’s very cold here. And you?

F: Here its kinda hot. Shall we begin?

K:Yes, of course

F: With all the current problems, how does eUkraine see and think about eArgentina?

K: In a few days there’ll be two years since Argentina and Ukraine signed their first MPP. I remember those events perfectly because I took part in Ukraine, I was “the father” of that historical approachment which resulted in a big friendship. I remember some argentinian nicks like Silent_NIght, John Locked and many others.
Three months after the MPP. in february of 2012, we signed a complete treaty -that has never seen before- and in those times it was revolutionary, the Friendship treaty between Argentina, Turkey and Ukraine (ATU).
It went all well until april I think, when we re-signed the treaty. However, on last year’s second part our relations got cold.
I can understand that Argentina’s Elite goverment and it’s society has become younger. They may not remember how Ukraine helped in the conflict with Chile (January 2012), how Ukraine supported Argentina to become an EDEN member, as well as our young citizens won’t know how Argentina helped us in our battles
I think that the critical point is Argentinian empathy towards Hungary, Ukraines occupant. I mean, we don’t feel that support from Argentina which makes that younger citizens may take positions that understand better what is going on in Ukraine
Although, we believe that Argentina is a Strategic Partner but personally I hope we could became more than that

F: What would happen if users from CUA that are not involved in those countries goverments would try to help Ukraine to launch an AS to southamerica , perhaps Bolivian regions? Would you help CUA countries if they need to?

K: This AS option may be an interesting way for Ukraine (though there are different opinions). As minister, I’d like to treat deeper with all the interested and I hope we have that chance this month. Once the conditions are clear, i would officially propose it to the Country population

F: If that AS is successful, you would be in a different position to negotiate with Hungary, would you sit and negotiate with them?

K: This is a multifactorial question. It depends on the conditions and perspectives of the AS and Huns position

F: In that case, Argentina’s Goverment always stayed neutral in the conflict, if the game put us in different alliances, would you be neutral with us?

K: I can’t hide that the “neutrality” disappointed us, even many TWO countries were trying to help diplomatically to solve the conflict
Replying your second question, I can say that I’ve been MoFA during nine months while EDEN existed. I know because in every alliance gives you space and freedom to respect old friendships.

F: You should know that Argentina also tried everything that we were available to do to solve the conflict.

F: CoT now defeated, do you think that Ukraine may be allied with countries that could get things even worse between our countries?

K: I don’t see since CoT disappearance new alliances coming untill TWO stays alive. Ukraine has no plan so far. However, e-historically except bit exceptions, Ukraine and Argentina match in “no-friends” (for not saying another word)

F: You’ve been blamed by the huns for breaking the NAP once and once again, that’s why now their objetive (Hungary) is to wipe you, Is true that ukraine took part in the situation?

K: As I understand, the problem is not that the NAP was broken by Ukrainians, the problem was the conditions of the NAP imposed by Hungary. This is the point to understand the situation.
However I know it is old government's fault, they signed something that it was not supported by the population. This provoked an “anti-action” , RW’s against the huns in defense of national interests.
Actually, we have the capacity to cut huns bonuses without being open to negotiate a NAP. But we have one condition, Hungary must pay for the natural regions of Ukraine they occupy

F: Ukranian parties are not together, and it seems that everybody do what they want to do, is that true?

K: All Politics Elite is moving in the same system. We have a common occupant and every MUs leaders -Pro government and opposition- are in the same chat to coordinate. They plan what to do keeping their ideology in some internal and external issues. In fact, this month, our government is trying to join everybody, including opposition and a neutral political orbe
