Days 1415 & 1416 - Sweden Prepares to Invade! Romania Returns!

Days - 1415 & 1416


Canada liberated Newfoundland & Labrador, however, not before losing Nunavut to the United Kingdom. The loss of Newfoundland, means that Sweden is able to declare Canada as their Natural Enemy. Which they are doing, currently. This will be a test for the Canadians, and could lead to an invasion of the United States.
The UK is currently attacking Northwest Territories, but the Canadians are fighting back, thanks in large part to allied support in the battle. Although the Canadians are losing at the moment, they should be able to win multiple battles over the course of the night, and at the very least, give the Brits a run for their money. With any luck, Canada will win, and regain initiative against Britain.



The war in Spain continues to go poorly for America. They cannot regain initiative against the Spaniards. However, there is hope on the horizon, as Croatia has declared Spain their Natural Enemy. From Croatia’s holdings in Italy, they will be able to jump across the Mediterranean and invade Spain. This will add the third EDEN/TERRA nation to the invasion of Spain, and should split the damage enough that the United States will be able to regain initiative.



Mixed news from Eastern Europe. The bad news, is that Greece was formally wiped. They had been maintaining two regions in Egypt, however they both succumbed to Resistance Forces, leaving Greece with no regions. This is a huge blow to EDEN, as Greece remains one of the most powerful countries in the game.
On the bright side however, Romania returned to the map. They won a resistance war against Hungary, and have liberated Muntenia. Hungary still occupies every other Romania region, however all liberations must start with one region. And for Romania, that region is Muntenia.




China has been battling Thailand for a few days now. They have been unable to get the upper hand, as ONE’s MPP stack has been able to beat China every time. However, in the battle of Tamil, China may finally be getting the edge. They are winning the current battle, with the overall score tied at 7 all. Hopefully China can maintain for the next 30 minutes or so, and pull out the victory.




Australia made another bold move in the South Pacific today, as they attack mainland New Zealand. The Aussies appear content to let Indonesia control their regions, as they have launched an offensive into Serbian controlled New Zealand.

Overall Analysis
The Croatian mission in Spain should prove to be entertaining. With any luck, they can occupy Spain long enough for the United States to regain the initiative. Then, both nations could tag team Spain, and complete the wipe.
In Canada, the imminent invasion of Sweden is the most pressing objective. The Swedish attack could lead to other nations (Poland, Indonesia), attacking America. Hopefully, the Canadians will be able to repel Sweden’s latest foray into North America.
