Day 20 - Canada About to be Wiped!

Day 20 -

North America

Bad news for Canada. Both British Columbia and Alberta have fallen to a Polish invasion. This leaves Saskatchewan as the only region that Canada has left. And unfortunately Poland currently holds a 6-0 lead. There is almost zero chance that Canada rallies from this deficit. This will mark the second time, in roughly two weeks that Canada will be wiped. The good news that comes out of this, is in Yukon. That region will be liberated shortly after Saskatchewan falls. This means that Canada will be wiped, have all open wars closed, and then provide a one region buffer between Poland, and Alaska (USA).
The down side to this, is that Washington is probably a higher value target than Alaska. With Serbia occupying Far Eastern Russia, the Polish will need to get to China through Japan. It is very likely that another declaration of war against the United States is coming from Poland.

Situation in Canada, and a possible Polish invasion of America.

To the south, in America, the United States attacked Indonesian controlled Nevada via a conventional battle. This comes as a result of America’s Natural Enemy proposal yesterday. USA holds a 3-2 lead over Indonesia currently, but with Indonesia’s primetime coming up, and Europe’s not long afterwards, the United States will have to really push this battle hard.
There is also a resistance in California. The Americans are leading 4-2, and if this battle is successful, it is possible that they could shut down a Hungarian invasion of China before it evens happens. We will have to see how quickly the Americans lock down California, and attempt to free Hawaii.

South America
In South America, things go poorly for Brazil. Center West of Brazil, and Southeast of Brazil have both been sacked by Spain. There is a resistance in Rio Grande du Sol that Brazil leads 4-1. Brazil has seen almost no success in their Resistance campaign against Spain. This is a sizable lead for the Brazilians, and hopefully they will not be forced to relive their history.
Also, Argentina has regained most of their regions, although some still remain under the thumb of the Peruvians. This is not really surprising, because ONE has been using Peru as a proxy to invade Brazil and Argentina. Now that ONE is focusing on bigger and better things (China), Peru is left to their own, and aren’t doing very well.

South America.

Asia
Serbia took their first region of China yesterday. It was Inner Mongolia, and it gives Serbia a border with almost all of China’s regions. This means that Serbia can pick and choose their targets, and eventually coordinate with Hungary.
Not surprisingly, Japan attacked Hawaii. And also not surprisingly, Hungary stonewalled the Japanese. This maneuver by Japan bought China a little more time, but ultimately was doomed to fail. This was a nice gesture by Japan, as they have had very tense moments with China.

Overall Analysis
The long awaited invasion of China kicked off yesterday, and not surprisingly China lost. This has been the tactic of ONE, using their dominant primetime to establish huge leads against their opponents, making the battle nearly un-winnable when the other country logs on. This strategy was executed flawlessly against Canada, USA and Brazil.
Hopefully, TERRA can get their act together, and the United States can liberate Hawaii before Hungary invades Japan.
