Cost vs Profit Analysis of Ground Weapon Companies
Wilker Nath
Hey all!
Just for economic reference: here’s some data on the weapons market! Prices are as of 12:45am EST in the eUS market on the day this article was published. All calculations are assuming full bonuses (20 products per WAM).
WRM:
9.01 per unit
Q1:
2.65 x 20 = 53cc per WAM
2(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 18.02cc
53 - 18.02 = 34.98cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost:10g
1g=~700cc x 10 = 7000cc
7000 / 34.98 = 200.11 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
Q2:
6.44 x 20 = 128.8cc per WAM
4(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 36.04cc
128.8 - 36.04 = 92.76cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost: 30g
1g=~700cc x 30 = 21000cc
21000 / 92.76 = 226.39 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
Q3:
11.3 x 20 = 226cc per WAM
6(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 54.06cc
226 - 54.06 = 171.94cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost: 80g
1g=~700cc x 80 = 56000xx
56000 / 171.94 = 325.7 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
Q4
18 x 20 = 360cc per WAM
8(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 72.08cc
360 - 72.08 = 287.92cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost: 180g
1g=~700cc x 180 = 126000cc
126000 / 287.92 = 437.62 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
Q5
32.8 x 20 = 656cc per WAM
10(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 90.1cc
656 - 90.1 = 565.9cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost: 380g
1g=~700cc x 380 = 266000cc
266000 / 565.9 = 470.04 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
Q6
65 x 20 = 1300cc per WAM
12(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 108.12cc
1300 - 108.12 = 1191.88cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost: 780g
1g=~700cc x 780 = 546000cc
546000 / 1191.88 = 458.1 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
Q7
121.9 x 20 =2438cc per WAM
40(wrm per wam) x 9.01 = 360.4cc
2438 - 360.4 = 2077.6cc profit over selling the WRM (not including work tax)
Company cost: 1230g
1g=~700cc x 1230 = 861000cc
861000 / 2077.6 = 414.42 WAMs to pay off cost of buying
So that's what I got! Enjoy!

Thank you for putting this together! Keep in mind that It looks like the article doesn't account for the following:
1. Work tax @ 1% = 16.75cc per WAM. This really impacts anything smaller than Q3 production.
2. VAT @ 1%. Varies based on market price of product. Q1 = 0.54cc, Q2 = 1.29cc, Q3 = 2.26cc, Q4 = 3.6cc, Q5 = 6.56cc, Q6 = 13cc, Q7 = 24.38.
Only problem with weapons is, that Q1 - Q6 are just for the bin!
