Congress announcements(edition4)

It has been some time since i shared my last report as Chairman of Congress.
Although we do not have a congress because of some unfortunate circumstances(More about it in this article), i do intend to perform my task as much as i can.


Here is a list of matters that have been discussed on the forum and shouted in articles comments:
◎ Unban all banned citizens / Restore citizenship : this matter has finally been settled and all names that could be unbanned, have been reinstated with a forum citizen mask.

◎ Big Forum Changes : A plan was shared by myself as Administrator and that plan is currently being implemented in small/little pieces at the time. In the topic that presents the changes everyone can still discuss the proposed changes and suggest alternatives.

◎ welcome message - Pub : A proposal to change the current welcome message for new eBelgian players... still pending.

◎ Scrap laws : This time there was more alternatives proposed in this matter, but in the end we still have no final draft of what to do.


This is pretty much all that has happened in congress(or at least related to congress) since my previous report.
Some clarifications:
* MPP = Mutual Protection Pact
* CM = Congress Member
* CP = Country President
