CO Addresses War Inc as eUSA Goes to War

Day 3,431, 20:26 Published in USA USA by jadiv

The eUSA has decided to attack Ukraine. They do it to be near our friends in the region, they do it to shift alliance politics, they do it for something to do. Take your choice or make one up. Frankly, this would not be my preferred method of furthering our interest.

Our true strength in this game is our ability to have one of the best places to do business in the eWorld. Plentiful resources, low taxes, relative stability - there is something to be said for the security of geography. eUS foreign policy has in the recent past seemed to understand this basic advantage and further isolated us by diplomatic entanglement.

This of course need not have kept us from the military part of the game. Fighting thru our allies, we could easily effect situations and make our points known, militarily, without a more direct or overt an involvement. This would be my preferred way of approaching military matters but we are where we are at this time.

So what am I asking of you at this time?

Ultimately this military unit needs the solid underpinning of the eUSA economy. When that is allowed to chug along as it will, uninterrupted, I urge you all to do what you do best: WAM out your goods and fight where ya can get some scratch! As you will note: that is precisely what 95% of all "fighters" do. I would really only plead with you to fight in accordance with DO, or whatever, if our economy was under threat. While most of us do survive on our own production, and our own gile, this unit does thru the production of our communes, support many fighter's efforts. That concern is at the heart of my position; defend that production (supply) capability.

Now we are not facing a situation where we are threatened, at least at this time. Never the less, certainly I can agree that it is better that the eUSA win this p1$$1ng contest than lose it; if for no other reason for the continued stability we now enjoy domestically. I also expect that if successful in this airstrike, we will have as much fun playing with this toy as we did with UK not so long ago. In other words everyone will be home soon as the game of cat and mouse gets "old".
So the 'it's safer to win' strategy we will take. I hope you can all come along and have fun with it, maybe even make a few cc on the way.

Good luck and have fun!
