That same day the VOTE TO IMPEACH was passed, and some where saying that even if he was impeached, the country would just be without a CP, like literally a empty position.
Thats why i said to me it dosent matter which way congress votes on the impeachment. NOT as Rusty wants you to belive about congress electing a acting CP.
My point is that chat was taken out of context and Rusty will manipulate anything and everything to have people view his side.

But to answer your question. 3 days ago there was not talks about congress vote. So obvieslly the only vote taking place was impeachment.
We was discussing if he was impeachment we would just have no CP. So i said i dint care about the vote because it would have made no diffrence.
