A little background noise

It's been a wild couple of months, huh? In that short amount of time, we have risen from the ashes of the USDP into one of the premier active parties in the world. We have had ups and downs. We have had scores of naysayers try to bring down this epic party, but its membership has held together firmly. Cries of 'never give up' resonate all over this game. It makes me proud to be affiliated with this party.

We need to keep pushing the envelope. We need to reach for higher goals as a party, goals which cannot be sought after in game. Goals like educating our membership and making tomorrow's leaders. The people who will take this party further into the future. We need to step up and create the best informed, most politically adept membership this game has ever seen.

We need to unify. It doesn't matter if you are USAF, JCS, EZCompany, or ST6. If you are part of AMP, you are with family. That should resonate through the entire party.

We need leadership. I applaud Haliman in his two terms in office, he has brought this party up and guided it through to the top five. Without his assistance and the assistance of his cabinet, we would have never gotten to where we are.

That said, I still think this party has unlimited potential, and needs a Party President that will develop that potential while balancing party gains. Activity will be accelerated in all aspects of party government. No longer will it feel like general membership is "on the outside looking in". Our members shouldn't leave their PC at the end of the day feeling like cattle, as if they were being herded. I want to remedy this.

So yes. I am running for the position of Party President of the American Military Party. So a vote for me is a vote for the little guy.
