Day 5,191, 12:04 Published in Greece Slovakia by Citizen Erased

Five days after i started somewhat being active again i was scrolling through my news feed, country rankings, old friends and "enemies" are absent and i cant help but wonder. What happened to this game?

Hello community.

I hope youre all well. Its been almost four years since i stopped playing the game and i recently joined again 5 days ago. And i have only one question. What the hell is going on? Where are all the old tanks? where are the guys fighting over nothing in the news feed? where are the SH hunters? Did the game just.. die?

When i stopped all this time ago i was under a lot of stress. Unfortunatelly the game was something i apparently couldnt handle. I always tried to do the best for eGreece but from what i recall i couldnt do it. I started passionatelly writting articles for new players, articles to try and bring old citizens back into the game, articles that could somehow help eGreece and the game.

I quickly got my self into the administration office of eGreece with all these huge names that i once, and still do, respect very much guiding me through the way. I even got elected as a President with them on my back supporting me all the way. But, some might say i made mistakes some might say i betrayed them but all i did was to try and get eGreece as strong as possible.

If i get my mind into something i get really passionate about it. And thats what happened back in the day with erep...

But as i was scrolling through my old articles i stumbled upon this quote from Exohoritis.

Im only going to say that if we had 10 players with the passion of Eugene, the Country would be much better. But they(the players) wouldnt be, because who ever gets passionate here(in the game) has been hurt. Lots or little. Unfortunatelly and fortunatelly enough you started playing late.

It is only now that i can look back in memories that i can understand what he meant. And as in all the things he taught me about this game, he was right once again.

Now all this time later, my eDad is an inactive eHero of eGreece. My old friends i used to talk are inactive. Huge names in the game are inactive or banned. Most of my MU members are inactive.

It seems that Erep has done its overdue cycle for many but the game will still keep going, almost in a zombified state, being held on by players with either their sweet memories of it or their toxicity.

Here's to us and το the day we all become Erased Citizens.

Cheers.
Eugene
