An update on the IES project, we have one person confirmed who has been part of Ajay’s PTO back in the unity era, and one other who has close ties to Serbia. Apart from that, there are a number of congressmen who have illegally approved people, as well as people whose CS was illegally obtained. On a case by case basis, if those people apply for congress, I will have conversations with them and get verbal assurances that they do not intend to violate IES. Ideally, I want to exclude as few people as possible. I’d much rather see members play by the rules, than be forced out of our elections. If I do not win this election, I will be handing this list to the next PP and encouraging them to do the same.
It is a very thin tightrope I’m attempting to navigate here, while angering as few people as possible. I believe this IES project needs to happen, though, for the security of the country and the reputation of the party; and if no one else will do it, I will.
Two Dates to the Prom
I made the decision to start this PP run at a heated time. My campaign was born out of a large case of political drama, and a desire to fix it. Our party, over the course of months, has had a habitual problem with our congressmen allowing people CS before they get IES approval, and I think it necessary to make a strong stand in favor of the process that the rest of the country stands by.
That’s not my only reason for running for PP, however. I’m running because I want to fix the way our party is viewed by our fellow citizens. Having positive interactions with both WTP members in my shout feed, and with members of other parties on discord and in cabinet discussions and elsewhere, I often feel like I’m bringing two dates to the prom, as the trope goes. I don’t want it to feel that way, and in a united country, it shouldn't feel that way. Especially with the current diplomatic status of the world, this is a time where we need to be prepared to stand up for each other, regardless of party. Disagreements are fine, but I’ve been seeing outright animis, and I don’t think it needs to be there.
I’m running for PP because I want to bring us closer to being a nation where all parties have some amount of respect for each other. It is possible, we just have to take a chance and get to know/work with some people who have spoken out against our party or its members in the past. And, of course, we have to listen and think a little before responding, speak with candor instead of fire once in a while. It’s how real conflict mediators solve issues, some of which are born from really brutal history that living people have seen.
To avoid getting too preachy, I’ll keep the negative short, and switch over to my goals for the term.
Primaries
My ministers of Elections along with the rest of the cabinet will discuss ways of holding primaries that are more secure than the shout feed. We will take into account comments and suggestions from other party members as well. eUS Forums and Telegram are 2 good options I’ve seen for this, as the forums would allow IPs to be cross-checked, and TG I’ve been told requires a unique phone number for each account.
Congress Elections
Our vote share has declined since last month, along with some of our enthusiasm. We’ve publicly lost members in a dramatic manner, and we’ve had some issues that we have/are still working through. I don’t believe our vote share quite matches up with our proportion of active members.
I will restore 6th party/non-affiliated voter confidence in our party by being tough on IES violations. I will make it a goal to get at least one 6th party candidate included in our congress primary. I will welcome back members who have left, and I will work with our minister of media to boost party enthusiasm. We will rise up stronger.
IES Project
Done:
-get a list of IES violators and IES violation victims
-perform light investigations for past affiliation with anti-eUS and PTO groups
To-Do:
-ensure anyone on the list who runs for congress is willing to respect IES regulations
-update the list with future IES violators and IES violation victims
This project is on schedule and going well.

In addition to making our primaries more secure to limit their vote-throwing ability, we have to consider how to clean up the party. Simply reporting them to plato has been a better tactic than it may have seemed, because as you can see, a large number have already been banned. We can hope that plato sets aside his love for $ for a moment, or that the main acc which spawned these multis isn’t a spender, so that the main account can get justice as well.
Play fair, play fun. Whoever is creating these multis is accomplishing nothing other than making my next category harder to achieve. I hope they can see this, and stop being a troll.
Healing Party Divisions
WTP has a lot of really great people and talented erep players. So do other parties. Just as they can miss out on our best when we take disagreements too far, we miss out on their best too. Being a part of Tyler’s cabinet was one of the best things I’ve ever done in this game, and I did it side by side with some of the best players from every party. We did not see or even consider party divisions while working in that cab, we only saw what we could do for the good of the nation.
As a PP I won’t have much influence on how each CP candidate picks their cabinet, but I will use whatever pull I can to try and get more people from diverse parties working on cabinets together. Creating friendships past party lines is the way we can come together as a nation.

To end off, I have places where I want this party and this country to go. As I’ve said, I am not running on a whim. I am running because I want to see both party and country succeed, and I hope that it does regardless of who wins. We’ve been down electorally for the past month. I want to fix that by making positive change. So please give me a chance.
