[SHIELD] Damage Bonuses

Greetings from the SHIELD Brass.

We are very proud of the way this Military Unit has been shaping up in recent months. We have come a long way and are getting bigger and better every day. This has been due to a lot of hard work, and not all by the brass.

In fact you will find that we, SHIELD command, feel that the most important part of the rise in SHIELD’s success has not been due to an incredibly amazing command team. (Though that does not hurt, hue hue. And no, I am not above tooting my own horn.) You will find that in fact the command team will say what has made SHIELD so great as of late is the everyday members and fighters. The hard work of everyday members is incredibly important to what SHIELD is; the members are who allows SHIELD to grow and get ever better day after day.

SHIELD would like to recognize the people that make this possible. So we are starting a weekly segment in which we will honor the top damage dealers of SHIELD, to be divided by divisions. With this recognition comes a bonus to be given out in the manner of tanks.
