חברים יקרים

קודם כל ברצוני לאחל לג'ו חברינו טיפול קל והחלמה מהירה, כל קליק שלי במשחק מזכיר לי כמה הוא חסר לכולנו, אנחנו לא שכחנו אותך ג'ו וכולנו מתפללים לשובך בריא ופעיל אלינו ואל ארץ ישראל שאתה כה אוהב.

אחד הדברים החשובים שג'ו והקבינט שלו בנו הוא צבא המדינה, עכשיו הגיע הזמן שלי בתור הנשיא לעשות כמה צעדים שיבטיחו שצה"ל אותו בנה ג'ו יהיה פה להרבה מאוד זמן - ויותר חשוב מכך לבצע כמה שיפורים שידאגו לקיום של צה"ל חזק יותר ואפילו חשוב מכך עצמאי בשטח.

כמו שרובכם ודאי יודעים חברינו מיאו2 עזב את תפקיד שר הבטחון, אחרי התייעצות עם מספר אנשי מפתח בקהילה שלנו - ולאחר שקיבלתי את המלצתה של שרת הבטחון המכהנת - החלטתי למנות לתפקיד שר הבטחון הנוסף את חבר הקהילה הפעיל והמכור שלנו עידו - ברכות, כולנו סומכים עליך שתעשה עבודה נפלאה כמו תמיד.

אני מאמין באופן מאוד חזק בהפרדת רשויות כאבן יסוד לקיו ם חברה דמוקרטית אמיתית - לפיכך החלטתי גם להקים לצה"ל צוות פיקוד גבוה - הצוות יהיה מורכב בחציו מנבחרי הציבור השונים ובחציו השני מאנשי קבע שהחליטו להרתם לתפקיד לאורך זמן ולתרום מזמנם להקמת צבא מאורגן, עם שיטות עבודה כתובה ונהלים זמינים לכל חייל ומפקד.
צבא ישראלי מאוחד, מתואם ומנצח !

במטרה לשמור את צה"ל כרשות נפרדת ועצמאית, במיוחד בתקופת בהן ממשלות מתחלפות בישראל - הוקם הפיקוד הגבוה הראשון שלנו. בטוח שעוד יהיו שינויים ותוספות לפיקוד הזה, אבל כרגע יש לנו רשימה ואיתה אנחנו רצים קדימה.

להלן רשימת נבחרי הציבור בשירות הפיקוד הגבוה הנוכחי, למעשה זהו בעיקר הקבינט הנבחר של מדינת ישראל:

להלן רשמת אנשי הקבע שימלאו את צוות הפיקוד הגבוה הראשון בצהל החדש והמתחדש שלנו:

הרעיון הבסיסי מאחורי החלוקה לשתי הקבוצות הוא מאוד פשוט - שתי הקבוצות יכולת לפעול עצמאית ולקבל הנחיות תקשורת ישירה מול בן-אדם אחד בלבד, אם זה דרך משרד הנשיא או באמצעות אחד משני שרי הבטחון המכהנים בכל זמן נתון.

תקשורת מרוכזת מול גורם אחד בכל צד - תעזור לשתי הקבוצות למקד את המאמצים שלהם בתחומי האחריות שלהן תוך כדי שיתוף פעולה ותיאום מטרות. ההפרדה תעזור לנו להפעיל צה"ל חלק, שלא יהיה נתון בסכנה כל פעם שממשלה תתחלף בישראל. הדבר גם יאפשר למפקדי צהל להתרכז בטיפוח חיילים חדשים ובהכוונה ותיאום של הותיקים יותר.

בשביל למקסם את ההשפעה לטווח הארוך של מהלך כזה, דרושים לנו עוד שני בעלי תפקידים מאוד חשובים:

1. קצין אספקה צה"לי - מערכת האספקה עובדת היטב אמנם (יחסית) אבל מעבר לך היא אינה שקופה לחלוטין וגם אין לה גורם קבוע שמבקר ומנטר אותה למעט שר האוצר (שמתחלף כל חודש) מצב זה פוגע בצהל וחייב להפסק מיידית.

2. קצין חינוך ראשי - אנחנו זקוקים נואשות לתפקיד כזה ואף לצוות של מתנדבים שיעזור לקצין החינוך מתוך משרד הפנים.
כיום אין למעשה שיתוף מסודר וארוך טווח בין משרד הפנים לצה"ל - דבר שלילי ביותר בהשפעתו על חיילים חדשים במשחק.
דווקא בשילוב בין הנושא הצבאי לכלכלי נמצא המפתח האמיתי לטיפוח שחקנים רבים בטווח הארוך. אפשר לומר אפילו שצבירת הכוח הצבאי ובניית תשתיות שתיהם צדדים שונים של אותו המטבע.
קצין חינוך שיפעל מתוך צה"ל אבל בשיתוף משרד הפנים יכול להשקיע את זמנו בחינוך שחקנים צעירים, לעזור לבנות פה ישראל חזקה יותר בעתיד.

Dear eIsraelis

First of all & must important - we all wish our friend Joe a quick & good recovery, Joe we are not forgetting you ! All Hail Joe Franco, we all pray for your safe & quick return your beloved Israel.

One of the great thing Joe & his crew did, was the creation of the new eIDF.
now it is time for me as your CP to make sure that the eIDF he built; gets some Improvement that will make his stronger - and more important: independent!

As most of you know, Meow2 left his position as one of two acting MoDs.
After consultation with some key members of our community and of course Spunk_bg who serves as current MoD, i have decided to appoint SandalaiM to the 2nd open MoD position.

I believe in separation of authorities, it is the foundation stone of any country that aspires to be a true democracy - there for it’s time to create a high command for the still young eIDF.

In order to keep eIDF working during changing governments - this will be the new command structure for the eIDF, some of it’s members are elected public delegates representing the civil authority in the country, while some members are career soldiersin the israeli defance forces that decided to donate their time to build a well-oiled system, aimed at establishing a unified, coordinated and a winning Israeli army..

This 2 groups can work alone or together has indepentent parts in our country, as long as they are both communicating on a daily base with & trough the CP & his elected MoDs.
I wish create an establishment of organized command positions, we can concentrate efforts and invest in nurturing the new arrivals, direction and coordination of the older soldiers, and most importantly,not stop working just because the Government changed.

There are 2 more positions to be filled next week & without them this move will have no long run effect.

1. we need a supplies officer in the eIDF- the way the supplies issue is handled today is let’s just say not as it should be. and that most stop at once!

2. a Chief Education Officer in badly needed - Currently there is no organized cooperation between the MoI & the eIDF, that’s bad for new players! - most players need support regarding battles and especially on their economy & her influence on their level, how much damage they are gaining.
Two issues that express both sides of the same coin. it is very important to educate young people as fast we can - more attention to new comers - a stronger Israel we will have in the future.
