[PotUS] Day 2760 The Eagle Has Landed

My fellow Americans and esteemed foreign friends,

War has been declared...


What? You already know? Crap! Erm, I mean... Well good, good. I guess that saves me valuable space from the explanation I was going to give, which can instead be used for patriotic images!

In all seriousness though, three days ago the eUSA launched an Airstrike on FYROM. There have been other articles dealing with the back history of our countries and the region in general. Wild Owl's article aptly gives a short and concise, yet well detailed account of the last year or so.

This airstrike has brought a great deal of activity to the region and the eUSA. We have had two extraordinary campaigns and a enormous amount of damage has been dealt, with large amounts of Combat Orders given out on each side.

The airstrike, itself, went at least partially epic in every round. Many round had all 4 divisions going epic. Battle Heroes of over 1 billion damage was common in D4, and even the lower divisions were seeing 100 million or more for many of the battle heroes. Without a doubt this has been the greatest battle the eUSA has seen in a while.

I am here today to bring you this statement.
THE EAGLE HAS LANDED

This would campaign would not have been possible without the support of our allies and friends internationally. Throughout the war we have seen time and again what good friends we do have.

In particular I would like to thank the Greeks for all their support and aid. Also would like to note the help from all the other nations to contribute priorities and damage to this cause. As well as thanking each and every private tank who has chosen to support the war by fighting on behalf of the eUSA.

Your help has not gone unnoticed and we, as a nation, thank you all greatly for honoring us with your aid.

This is not to say there is not some dissent around the world as the reasons and means for the war. To those of the dissenting opinions I offer you the following:

We could go on and argue semantics and reasons. I will not do so. The fact is that everyone who is mad about this war already has their mind made up about it. And everyone who will support, already is. There are no minds to change here.

With that stated, I leave some final images to remind you of American glory.
