[MoFa]MPP with an old friend

Dear fellow countrymen and allies,

This will be a quick message to inform you that our Government is working on strengthening our bonds with current and previous allies.
We found that old friendships are still very strong and got a bit ahead of ourselves with the MPP proposal from Poland.
At the moment they are having a training war with Israel and our MPP with Israel is running for another 15 days. Therefor, we are asking congress to vote it down but we will arrange it when the time is more convenient.

Meanwhile I am working on getting you more information so you can expect a real article soon!

The great thing about this term is that none of us need hand holding. Harambe has outlined what he would like to see happen and has given us free reign to operate.

Because all we got from the campaign was a list of names, the same names as the term that was current at the time

Mites article in her newspaper pretty much echoes what Chaz had told congress. With Assteria being the only dominant force, it stands to reason that alliance shifts could be coming up in the near future. Our aim is to establish contact and position ourselves into a better position to take advantage of what may come up. With the way our FA has been run in the recent past, we wouldn't be considered for even the shittest of shit tier!

Mitte understands what we need to do, she knows the role inside and out, so when Appleby informed me that she would be willing to help out it would be stupid to turn it down.

everything is going well

congress is being informed about works in progress, the public is being informed when it is completed

the mod team has a new member, bamber, and the mofa team has two new members suggested by wayne - mitte and mada. and wayne basically explained what the mofa team does

My only worry there is the being informed when it's done part. Are you saying that unless we're in congress we don't get a say in where the eUK ends up alliance wise?

Because trust me when I say this, doing it that way round is going to cause one hell of a headache for whoever is in government when that happens

Communication is literally all government has to do, Communicate with other nations, congress and the "public" in general

No where has anybody stated that things will be hidden and decisions will be made for the eUK. Mongress will be invovled when their input is required. Once Mongress have given their input (and we hope they will add to the general disccusion with their own articles), the general public will be informed of options and opinions.

As stated above, all we are doing at the moment is establishing contact. All in good time Acroc.

The communication so far as been fine. We are what, 6 days into harambes term.

But I wouldn't worry about Harambe. All in all I feel sorry for the guy, because he is trying too much, but tbh most of the eUK's population are bellends... And I don't know the last time the public had this much information, we even have a freaking Orion article after who knows how much time...

I'm not talking the odd TW choice but alliances. People don't appreciate being shuffled across without any input.

It sounds like Harambe is doing a good job, but I wouldn't say this is the most informative we've ever had it. In the last 3 months though, but that's not exactly a measure we should aim to go by.

I also don't think it's particularly fair to portray this activity as somehow down to UKPP (yes, I'm just pre-empting you here) because so far we've had 2 articles from UKPP.

One of which was literally a "we're doing stuff, see we're doing the customary communication with other nations"

The other is a good scheme that Chaz has put up

Now no doubt you probably think I'm just being a d*ck, but I'm just holding your feet to the fire. And we all know it's going to make you produce far more ^_~

I look forward to the now inevitable increase in UKPP derived communication!

That is how we ended up in Orion and why many of our players dislike Orion (that and it does pretty much nothing ever). Unless 'your side' are conceding defeat for the forseeabe future, this Government wont be 'shuffling' us.

No one is claiming that this is the greatest term ever. My term was the greatest term ever. Simply pointing out that Harambe is performing better than most of the CP's we have had this year. Can he keep it up? Who knows, most CP's fail to end the term on as strong a note as they start.

UKPP at this moment in time are the only party making things happen.

Don't worry about it, Bamber would have been impeached already had we lost 😉

UKPP are UKPP, we'll only speak when speaking is needed.
